A portable speaker that makes a statement
A portable speaker that makes a statement
The Infinity One adds a sweet soundtrack to your next outing (phone not included).
Play your music anywhere, through a refined-looking speaker with a sound that's impossible to ignore. The Infinity One wirelessly pairs with your Bluetooth-enabled phone or other portable device, and delivers your tunes with power and clarity. Its sleek, durable body is constructed of ceramic-coated aluminum and sealed with water-resistant silicone. The well-built chassis exudes sophistication and provides a solid foundation — helping the four active 1-3/4" drivers and dual passive radiators rock out. Found on the left and right sides of the speaker, the two bass radiators visibly vibrate with every solid thump of low-end.
Keep your phone charged and answer your calls
A built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation. It doubles as a power bank for your portable device too. If your phone is running low, plug it into the Infinity One's USB port to recharge.
Should a call happen to come through, hit the illuminated play/pause button to talk hands-free. The Infinity One has a built-in microphone so both you and your caller will enjoy a clear conversation.
From our article Infinity One Bluetooth® speaker review
"Smaller speakers usually reproduce highs pretty well, so I look at the low-end response to see what sets one unit apart…The Infinity One reproduced [bass] with ease and accuracy...It kept the music satisfying and full."

Features
Bluetooth Technology: The Infinity One is a self-powered Bluetooth portable speaker that is ideal for your Bluetooth-enabled devices such as your Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone/tablet, Blackberry, Windows PC, Mac computer, or other Bluetooth certified devices. The Infinity One supports Bluetooth audio streaming (A2DP/AVRCP) and Bluetooth hands-free communication (HFP), as well as a simple pairing procedure.
- Simple Secure Pairing + NFC: A single button press pairs your Bluetooth-enabled device with the Infinity One. The speaker also supports NFC (Near-Field Communication) technology for pairing; simply tap your NFC-enabled Android smartphone to the NFC tag on the back of the speaker for instant pairing with the Infinity One (not available for all phones). Once paired, the portable Bluetooth speaker will automatically re-connect with your device when in wireless range (up to 33').
- Wireless Audio Streaming: The Infinity One portable speaker streams stereo music wirelessly from Bluetooth-enabled devices such as your smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop, or other device. You can use the speaker's top-panel controls to Play, Pause, and skip to the next track. You will continue to use your Bluetooth-enabled device for advanced music navigation and to view song/artist information.
- Hands-Free Communication: The Infinity One has a built-in microphones, so you can use it as a hands-free speaker phone. Use the Infinity One to answer phone calls, talk on Skype, or with Facetime. A long press of the Play/Answer button will activate the voice command feature of your smartphone (if applicable). You will continue to use your Bluetooth-enabled device to view video calls, manually enter phone number, and control advanced phone functions.
Full-Range Sound: The Infinity One Bluetooth speaker features four 1.75" full-range drivers powered by a built-in 25W amplifier. Two of the four drivers are front-firing, while the other two drivers are rear-firing. The Infinity One also employs two 1.75" side-firing passive radiators to increase the speaker's low frequency response, so you get deep, smooth bass response from this compatible Bluetooth speaker.
USB Charging Port: The Infinity One is capable of recharging the battery of your Bluetooth-enabled device from the speaker's built-in USB (type-A) port. With an output of 5V/2.1A, equivalent to an iPad charger, it takes less than two hours to charge a fully depleted smartphone. Now you don't need to carry an extra charger to keep your devices powered up. This USB port does not support audio playback.
Aux Input: In addition to built-in Bluetooth, the Infinity One is fitted with a 3.5mm auxiliary input for connection of almost any portable audio player with a headphone output.
Water Resistant: The Infinity One Bluetooth speaker uses silicone sealants to make it water resistant, so you can feel comfortable taking it out on the deck or to the pool. This speaker is water resistant, not water proof. It should not be submerged in water or left outside for long periods of time.
Flexible Placement: The Infinity One Bluetooth speaker plays from either a vertical or horizontal position, so you can place it in a variety of locations.
Top-Panel Controls: The Infinity One provides top-panel buttons that offer the following control - Power On/Off, Volume Up/Down, Bluetooth Pairing, and Play/Answer. The Play/Answer buttons also lets you Pause music playback, Skip to the next music track, or activate voice commands on your phone (if equipped). Advanced music and phone functions will still need to be done from your Bluetooth-enabled mobile device.
LED Indicator: A clearly visible LED lets you know when the built-in battery needs to be recharged, as well as when the Infinity One is in Bluetooth listening or pairing mode.
Rechargeable Battery: The Infinity One speaker has a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion polymer battery (7.4V/5000mAh) that provides up to ten hours of playback time (playback time will vary by volume level and audio content). You can easily recharge the battery using the included AC power adapter or the speaker's rear-panel miniUSB port and a free USB on your computer (USB cable not provided). The AC power adapter can also be used to power the speaker.

After weeks of researching, I'm convinced that I made the right choice! Most of my friends have the Bose soundlink, but even they admit that the Infinity One has superior bass response and overall excellent sound quality. I enjoy it on my deck and in my office.
