Features

Applications: The OS-2CTS is a plug and play interface that allows replacement of a factory stereo in a Cadillac CTS or SRX vehicle. This interface maintains operation of the OnStar system and factory amplifier. The OS-2CTS allows audio from the OnStar system to play through the two front factory speakers when OnStar is active and mutes the new replacement radio. The OS-2CTS supplies an accessory turn on wire and retains the factory Retain Accessory Power (RAP) feature. The warning chimes and vehicle rear parking assist chimes are also fully retained.

Note: The OS-2CTS does not retain the factory XM receiver; you will lose this option when the factory radio is replaced with and aftermarket radio.

Compatibility: The PAC OS-2CTS interface is currently compatible with the following vehicles.

2003-2007 Cadillac CTS (all models)
2004-2007 Cadillac SRX (without factory installed navigation)

Note: The amplifier in both the CTS and SRX will only accommodate 2 input channels (left and right). Due to the design of the factory amplified system, there is currently no way of fading from front to rear with an aftermarket radio.

LED Indicator: This is an indicator on the OS-2CTS that lights up red when OnStar is active.

Inputs/Outputs: On the left side of the adapter, there is an 18-Pin Male Molex plug. On the right side of the adapter, there is a 16-Pin Male Molex plug. Refer to the instructions for specific information on wiring configuration for your particular application.

Harnesses: The interface includes one 8" harness that features a female 16-pin molex plug with bare wires on the other end that tie into your aftermarket radio's harness. It also includes one 12" harness that features a female 18-pin molex plug with a red 20-pin connector and black 16-pin connector that plug into the factory's harness behind the radio.
