Superior design at a low price
This 5-1/4" 2-way speaker features a polypropylene woofer cone with an improved design that gives you better midbass for a fuller musical experience. The dome tweeter employs a hypersensitive diaphragm to broadcast the high frequencies effectively, while the tweeter's flanged frame improves dispersion so more of the little details reach your ears. The speaker's expansive voice coil dissipates heat effectively, so these speakers should live a long, happy life in your car.

IMPP Woofers: Each composite woofer is constructed from injection-molded polypropylene (IMPP) with mica. This process of cone molding assures a uniform cone thickness for superior linearity and clarity. Additionally, the cones are lightweight and rigid to decrease distortion.
Treated Cloth Surrounds: Each woofer uses a treated cloth surround for improved durability.
Tweeters: Each speaker features a 1-3/16" PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) balanced dome tweeter for crisp, clear highs.
