The Sony Xplod CDX-GT62IPW CD receiver includes an iPod® connection cable and powerful search features for using an iPod in your car. The Quick BrowZer feature allows you to search by genre, artist, or album, so you can find your favorite tracks with ease.

If you want to leave your iPod at home, you've still got lots of options. The receiver plays MP3, WMA, and AAC files on disc, along with your prerecorded CDs, and you'll find a front-panel auxiliary input that'll accommodate a plug-and-play satellite radio or other audio sources. The 24-bit digital-to-analog converter ensures that you'll hear all the fine details in your favorite tunes.

Sony's EQ3 Stage 2 equalizer includes a 3-band equalizer for customized sound, with seven preset tone curves available for quick adjustments on the fly. And the Dynamic Soundstage Organizer feature uses subtle processing to raise the soundstage higher, so that the music from poorly placed door speakers sounds like it's coming from your dash.

The CDX-GT62IPW makes a sharp-looking addition to your dash, with selectable red or blue button illumination and a scrolling display that makes it easy to read long album and song titles. For safe, easy control, you get a user-friendly wireless remote.
