Enjoy the drive with SiriusXM

With SiriusXM's compact SXV300V1 tuner, you can liven up your daily drive with your favorite satellite radio programming. Small enough to fit neatly behind your car's dash, the SXV300V1 plugs into your SiriusXM-Ready™ car stereo without the need for any additional cables or interfaces. You can also connect this tuner to select factory radios with the help of a Vais Technology adapter. This complete package includes the hideaway satellite radio tuner, plus an installation guide and an exterior antenna that attaches with a powerful magnetic base.

This latest and greatest (so far) SiriusXM tuner gives you all the features you're used to, plus some very cool new ones. With the SXV300V1 and a growing list of new SiriusXM-Ready car stereos, you can create a daily programming package that's uniquely yours.

The SXV300V1 will plug into aftermarket in-dash receivers that have a "SiriusXM-Ready" logo. It will also connect to select factory radios with a Vais Technology adapter (not included). You'll also need an XM or SiriusXM subscription.  Satellite radio service is available only within the lower 48 states — not available in Hawaii or U.S. territories. Limited service is available in Alaska.

New features with select car stereos

With select car stereos (see note below), you can access some great new SiriusXM features. Want to take some of the hassle out of your commute? The Traffic & Weather Now feature can access the latest info whenever you want to hear it. If you're a sports fan, SportsFlash™ will notify you when a big play happens during a game involving one of your favorite sports teams. And if you're a music lover, TuneMix™ plays a unique blend of songs chosen from your favorite music channels on the SiriusXM Preset Band. You can even skip songs you don't want to hear.

If you have an older SiriusXM-compatible receiver, you won't get the features above, but you'll still get all the SiriusXM music, entertainment, news, and sports programming you love, plus familiar features like Replay and iTunes® song tagging. With the SXV300V1, you can even set Song/Artist/Game alerts, so you'll always know when your favorite tunes or teams are playing on another channel. And you'll be able to enjoy those new features when you upgrade your receiver. Either way, SiriusXM's vast lineup of music, sports, news, and more will make your daily drive a whole lot more entertaining.

More channels for more choices

Depending on your subscription package, you'll also be able to enjoy SiriusXM's Xtra Channels with the SXV300V1, giving you access to over 20 new music, sports, entertainment, plus SiriusXM Latino, a collection of dedicated Spanish-language channels.

Important Note: Your receiver MUST have the "SiriusXM-Ready" logo — this adapter is not compatible with receivers that have "SAT Radio Ready", "Sirius Ready DC", or "XM Ready" logos. To access Traffic and Weather Now, SportsFlash, and TuneMix, your receiver must be a new model that supports the latest SiriusXM features.

Installation Note: If your car has a FAKRA-style satellite radio antenna connection at the radio location, we offer an adapter that will connect this tuner to your car's factory satellite radio antenna.

Features

SiriusXM Connect Vehicle: The SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner (SXV300) provides seamless in-vehicle integration of SiriusXM satellite radio to select "SiriusXM-Ready" aftermarket in-dash head units. The SXV300 is a compact, and easy-to-install package that includes a SiriusXM Connect vehicle tuner and antenna; it does not require any additional interfaces or cables. The SiriusXM SXV300 will require a SiriusXM subscription for access to the SiriusXM Satellite Radio programming.

  • SiriusXM Vehicle Tuner: The SiriusXM vehicle tuner is a hide-away SiriusXM Satellite Radio tuner module which connects to a compatible "SiriusXM-Ready" aftermarket in-dash head unit. The SiriusXM vehicle tuner module features an attached 25" cable terminated by a proprietary 10-pin connector which plugs into the SiriusXM Connect port on the rear-panel of your compatible head unit.
  • SiriusXM Vehicle Antenna: The included SiriusXM antenna (model # XVANT1) features a magnetic base and an attached 23' cable. The cable is terminated by a right-angle SMB connector which plugs into the Antenna SMB port on the SXV300 vehicle tuner module. The antenna should be located outside of the vehicle (on the roof or trunk) for best reception.
Note: The SXV300 is not compatible with most factory Satellite Radio antennas. You will need to use the included SiriusXM antenna (XVANT1).

Aftermarket Stereo Compatibility: The SiriusXM SXV300 is compatible with select aftermarket in-dash head units from Alpine, Clarion, Dual, Fusion, Kenwood, JVC, Jensen, Pioneer, Retrosound, Rockford Fosgate, Stinger, and Sony which carry the official "SiriusXM-Ready" logo and are fitted with the SiriusXM Connect proprietary port.

Note: The SXV300 SiriusXM vehicle tuner is not compatible with Satellite Radio products which carry the following logos - "SAT Radio Ready", "Sirius Ready DC", or "XM Ready".

SiriusXM Satellite Radio Programming: The SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner (SXV300) supports SiriusXM programming with access to 175+ SiriusXM channels via subscription.

  • Compare subscription plans here.
  • Check out the channel guide here.
  • Explore & browse content here.
Note: SiriusXM Satellite Radio operates on the XM Network. However, you can easily add this SiriusXM tuner to an existing Sirius or XM account for a Multi-Radio Discount Plan.

SiriusXM Xtra Channels: SiriusXM's Xtra channels offer a number of additional comedy & music channels as well as SiriusXM Latino; a set of dedicated Latin music, sports & talk channels. Click here for the latest channel listings. Access to Xtra channels depends on subscription package.

New 3.0 Features: With select new car stereos, the SiriusXM SXV300 offers a variety of new SiriusXM 3.0 features not available with the previous SiriusXM SXV200.

  • TuneMix: TuneMix plays a unique blend of songs from your favorite music channels from the current SiriusXM Preset Band, allowing you to build a custom channel from as few as two to as many as 18 music channels. You can even skip songs you don't want to hear.
  • SportsFlash: SportsFlash will notify you when a big play happens during a game with one of your favorite sports teams. When a big play happens during one of the games, you will get a notification asking if you want to listen or cancel. If you choose to listen, the radio will tune to that channel and play back the big play. You can choose to return to your previous channel or remain listening to the game in progress.

Advanced Features: With select SiriusXM-ready car stereos, the SXV300 also offers the same features available with the previous SiriusXM SXV200 satellite radio tuner.

  • TuneStart: With the TuneStart enabled, you will hear the beginning of the song when you tune to one of your favorite music channels in the current SiriusXM Preset Band.
  • TuneScan: If you've got more than one Favorites music channel, you've got a lot of choices every time you tune in. Instead of pushing every preset button and hearing the live song, you can simply tap TuneScan to get a short preview of songs that you have missed on each of your Favorite music channels from the current SiriusXM Preset Band. Find a song you like and tap the TuneScan button again to continue listening to that song. You can even skip back if you think you missed the preview or if you are not interested in the current preview, skip forward.
  • SmartFavorites: SmartFavorites allow you to rewind and replay any missed programming from your current Band of Preset channels. Miss a music, news, talk or sports segment? No Problem, because you can rewind and replay when you tune to one of your favorite channels from the current SiriusXM Preset Band and hear what you missed.

More Features: The SiriusXM SXV300 provides additional features for listening to SiriusXM satellite radio in the vehicle on select SiriusXM-ready car stereos, also found on previous SiriusXM vehicle tuners.

  • Instant Replay: The SXV300 supports the SiriusXM Instant Replay function, so you can pause, rewind, and replay up to 60 minutes of live content. Listen to your favorite programming over again.
  • Game Alert: GameAlert that will display an on-screen message if your favorite teams' games are being broadcast. Jump to that station with the push of a button so you can listen to the game play by play. You can also get the latest score updates while you are listening to other stations.
  • Song/Artist Alert: With Song/Artist Alert you can get notified when your favorite songs or artists are being broadcast on any SiriusXM station. With the push of a button, you can jump right to that broadcast and catch the songs you want to listen to.

Other Features: The SXV300 also offers the basic features you've come to expect from SiriusXM satellite radio on select SiriusXM-ready car stereos.

  • Text Display: Text information, such as the channel name, artist name, feature and song/program title is displayed on your compatible in-dash receiver.
  • Search Function: You can search for SiriusXM programming content by Category or by Channel.
  • SiriusXM Presets: The SXV300 features 3 Satellite Radio preset bands. You can store 6 SiriusXM stations to each preset band (a total of 18).

Q
Do I have to have the Sirius XM tuner with my new head unit that's Sirius XM ready even though my vehicle already has Sirius XM with the factory radio ?
wesley  Feb 17, 2024
1 answer
A
Greetings Wes, great question. Rarely will a factory satellite radio tuner be compatible with an aftermarket stereo. Very rarely. Satellite ready aftermarket stereos need this SXV300V1.
hogan  Feb 17, 2024 (Staff)
Q
Would this work with a 2024 Ford Maverick with the stock radio & display?
brent  Feb 13, 2024
1 answer
A
Greetings Brent. Thank you for your question. This add on satellite tuner is for aftermarket stereos. It will not plug into a factory car stereo. If your radio has a Sirius, or XM logo on the radio, you can have the Ford dealer install the factory tuner.

Q
2005 siverado will my factory xm antena work with this?
bill  Jan 12, 2024

A
Greetings Bill. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, no. It is a slightly different connector. We do not have an adapter to retain the 2005 GM satellite antenna. Wish I had better news.

Q
I have a 2021 Kia Seltos. Is this tuner compatible?
erich  Dec 05, 2023
1 answer
A
Greetings Erich, Thank you for your question. If your Kia still has the factory radio installed, no. You would need to check with a Kia dealer for a factory satellite radio add on for the factory radio. This tuner is for aftermarket satellite ready stereos.

Q
Does this work with the newest Android based car stereo systems.?
keith  Aug 27, 2023
1 answer
A
I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the Android radios for verification of compatibility. If a car stereo is compatible, it will have specific port for connection of the SXV300V1. If you're interested in any of the radio models that we carry, our advisors can confirm compatibility via online chat or phone at 1-800-324-9695.

Can I use the factory XM antenna on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma instead of the antenna that comes with the SXV300V1?
dave  May 16, 2023

Thank you so much for your question, Dave. We do have a factory satellite radio antenna adapter available for your Tacoma https://www.crutchfield.com/I-rET1c195/p_794SATTO1/iDatalink-ACC-SAT-TO1-sTO1.html I recommend giving one of our Advisors a call at 1-800-324-9695 or they can be reached by online chat as well, they'll be able to get you set up with what you need to get Sirius XM satellite radio installed integrated with your new stereo.

Can I use the factory antenna in my 2012 Chevy Colorado with an adapter or do I have to install the new antenna that comes with this receiver?
andy  May 05, 2023

Q
I got a new phone and can't get it to connect to my alpine is there something I can do?
angela  Apr 24, 2023
1 answer
A
This SiruisXM SXV300V1 tuner will not help there Angela, this unit is for getting XM radio directly into a radio that supports it with the "Xm Ready" logo. If you are having problems connecting with Bluetooth when you have updated your phone, it may be time to update your Alpine radio as well! You can enter your vehicle details into our handy Vehicle Guide in the link below, or give us a call at 1-800-324-9695 and an Advisor can help you select a unit and get your order on the way! https://www.crutchfield.com/m_266150/Car-Stereos.html

Q
Do you have to buy the bulky size sirius xm tuner ?
steve r  Apr 15, 2023
1 answer
A
Greetings Steve, and thank you for your question. If you are replacing the factory radio in your vehicle with an aftermarket satellite radio ready stereo, in most cases, you will also need this hideaway tuner. Most every factory satellite radio is lost when replacing the radio. The size of this tuner is 2-1/16"W x 3/4"H x 3-13/16"D.

Q
will my existing factory XM connection in my 2014 jeep work with this?
mark  Mar 30, 2023
1 answer
A
We need to know your specific model and trim Jeep to confirm Mark, but most likely you can use the iDatalink SAT2 in the link below to connect the SiruisXM SXV300V1 tuner to your existing factory XM antenna saving you the time spent installing the provided satellite antenna puck. The SXV300V1 is only to be used with aftermarket radios that are " XM Ready". I hope this helps! https://www.crutchfield.com/p_794ANTSAT2/iDatalink-SAT2.html

Q
I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that I installed a Jenson CAR910X radio with the SiriusXM SXV300V1. It was working until I purchased a iDatalink SAT2 adapter to utilize the factory satellite antenna. It gives me a â??check antenna â?? message on the screen. Will not pickup anything. Did I mess up the Sirius interface? Do I need to replace the interface and go back to the antenna that came with the interface?
hamilton  Nov 14, 2022
1 answer
A
I'm sure the new tuner is just fine, it sounds like the issue is more so with the SAT2 adapter or the stock antenna. Reconnecting the antenna the tuner came with is an option. You could also reach at the Tech Support here with the phone number on your invoice if you want to troubleshoot the issue with the adapter. I did check and it is the correct satellite antenna adapter for your Jeep.

Q
Looking use SiriusXM SXV300 Connect Vehicle Tuner in my 2007 corvette coupe. Car is Fiberglass what is the best suggestion for mounting antenna?
william  Aug 22, 2022
1 answer
A
You won't have to drill in your sweet Vette William, no worries! The sat puck on the SiriusXM SXV300 tuner is designed to stay inside the vehicle. The two best options I would suggest for you is either placing the puck high on the windshield interior and running the wire through the A pillar (top right corner out of your driving field of view) or a similar run of the wire and place low on the dash, also out of view. This should pickup good reception in both those locations and also avoid any drilling! I hope this helps.

matthew  Oct 22, 2019
A
If you mean the monthly cost of having SiriusXM, there's not a one size fits all answer. I suggest going to their website & seeing what plan u would want
sean  Oct 22, 2019
A
Depends on the package you choose from SiriusXM.
james  Oct 22, 2019
A
It basically works like your cable company. They have multiple tiers depending on what features you want (about $10-$20). Similarly, they have promotions that reduce the price considerably (last I saw around $6) and once the promotion expires you can call them and try to haggle with them to keep it low
michael  Oct 22, 2019
A
Long time XM user, absolutely love it. I would contact them directly. They have several programming options and many times they have deals. Very similar to cable TV. You can pay monthly or yearly.
paul  Oct 22, 2019
Q
Will this work with the Alpine CDA 7893? Yes it is old but it says XM ready.
c.  Oct 05, 2019
1 answer
A
This tuner will not work with that receiver. You need a tuner that connects via the Ai-NET port. We don't have them anymore, but I can tell you the tuner to look for and that is the Alpine TUA-T020XM. You can see a picture of here: www.crutchfield.com/p_500T020XM/item.html

12 dollars a month, but during the holidays they make it cheaper, if you buy then...a lot cheaper. It's worth it. You will never listen to regular radio again, once you get it. You will be spoiled. I promise

Depends on which plan you purchase. Mine was $15 month. I would contact sirius/xm for further info.

You can get promotion rates that start out at $6 month... you usually have to call them and let them go through their spill where they offer you about 3 promotion rates and pick the best! Hopefully this helps!

Q
is it XM or Sirius? They are the same company but they are 2 different satellites, XM is far superior to Sirius in sound quality and there are different subscription packages. Do the radios have all numbers for their ID# or are they letters and numbers for their ID#? All #'s are Sirius and letters and numbers are XM. No worries took talking to 4 people at XM to explain they are 2 different systems their phone techs didn't even know. It appears to me they want to get rid of the XM system someday.

Jim, Sirius XM merged a couple years back. When you go to activate your service, this one runs on XM channel number. Sirius did have a promotion for 5 months for $30, but unsure what their current promo entails. As for the Sound Quality, I have had very good luck with the tuner, matched with my new speakers I installed at the same time. Best of luck!

Q
Does this show album artwork or channel logos on screen ? Or is it just text ?
steve  Mar 14, 2018
1 answer
A
We don't get the bandwith from the satellite that we get from the internet. This provides four lines of text. First is satellite selection, SXM1, 2, 3, or 4. Second line is Channel. Third line is Artist. Fourth line is selectable: Song Title, or Info, or Category. No GIFs, no logos, no album art. You DO see the album art when listening to SXM on the computer, or a television app, because that comes from internet, not direct from satellite.

greg  Jan 19, 2018

no, Sirius is satellite based radio. HD is still terrestrial radio from local stations using a high quality digital stream. Sirius is a constant stream so you could drive cross country and never change the channel if you wanted. HD radio on the other hand is regional based around larger metro areas,

I have a 2011 ram outdoorsman 1500 quad cab it has sat radio now I am replacing head unit and was wondering if my factory antenna will work?
steve  Jan 07, 2018

A
That's a tough one. I have a hyundai and hyundai's use special connections. Mine uses a fakra k i believe. I think these connections are standard to sat radios. I tried using a pigtail, fakra to a siriusxm connector. the fakra worked to the original antenna. the other end, an smb, was not compatible to sirius xm. It was close, but just a touch too small. I ended up routing the new antenna just out of the dash and set it on top of the dash with a clear view thru window. It has worked flawlessly without dropouts. Even in areas known for dropouts in my town.

It can when wired correctly but has a tendency to cut out so I've heard. Static and bad reception. You're better off buying this unit. It can run to anywhere you'd like on your roof and the magnet holds tremendously even through weather and the car wash

I need to replace an SCC1 tuner. This unit appears to be hard wired (SCC1's cable plugged into the tuner). Is there a way to simply plug this unit into the cable that my SCC1 used - or do I have to disassemble my G35X?

The SXV300V1 tuner is not backwards compatible with the SCC1 capable stereos. You'll need to find another SCC1 tuner or, upgrade to a newer stereo that works with the SXV300V1 tuner package.

I have this mounted on the front fairing (made of plastic) of my Harley. My question is, can anyone tell me why while I'm coming to a stop I loose reception? As I'm going down the road I have reception and I can hear it fine but every time I come to a stop it looses reception and says check antenna, and then when I take off again it works fine. I've check all the wireing and everything is connected fine and the wires are in good condition.
matt  Feb 18, 2016
3 answers
A
Sounds like there is still a.loose connection or frayed wire. Are the wires all secured so there no movement as you de/accel? Ate the wires clear of other circuits? Its unlikely that it EMI, but that would interfere with reception. Do you lose reception if you just Rev the engine in neutral?
john  Feb 21, 2016
A
Have not had this problem. But a couple of thoughts: Try this simple solution. Order a replacement antenna (rebuilt is OK) and try it. If that does not solve the problem, it sounds like you might have a faulty ground somewhere. Try a ground jumper wire from the frame to the tuner.
michael t  Feb 20, 2016

I had to tape the antenna wire to the box on mine because it would come loose. They have messed up way of designing how the connector plugs into the box and its almost guaranteed to come off.

Is there a head unit "serial port" extension available for this or any similar unit? I'd like to install the unit in a glove box where I can simply unplug it if it needs replacement. I want a 6' or so extension to the multi pin connector, male/female. Thanks.

You might be able to find one, but six feet seems excessive. The one foot or so that comes with it allows placement just beneath my head unit. All I do is pop off the trim, and have access to both. On my last application, I was able to reach it from the left-rear side of the glove box.

You will need to by a XMpackage with this tuner, but be warned: I have gone through four (4)! SVX300V1 tuners in a years time due to the units failing. Crutchfield has been great in supporting during this time but it is a pain to keep replacing the tuners soften. While we do enjoy XM radio, it would be a hard choice knowing what I do about the failure rate of the XM tuners. DG
david  Jan 12, 2016
A
They are combined. Go to Sirius/XM and browse the info there. You can look at the packages and pick a basic. You can do a mostly music package that would be appropriate for kids and family
kevin  Jan 12, 2016
A
They should be one in the same but I signed with Sirius
charles  Jan 12, 2016

Sirius & XM merged some time ago, so they are essentially the same. You choose your subscription package (they offer Select, All Access, or a minimum mostly music package). The Select is their middle package, and almost all channels, including family & children's programs. Commercial free is very nice.

Q
will this unit work with home recievers ? jan 19 2016 mtc
bugman  Jan 10, 2016

No, the multi-pin connector to the receiver is unique. Unless your receiver had a matching connection, you would not be able to control the unit (select channel, view data, etc) from the receiver. Even if you had 12VDC and an antenna in the window. The unit depends on a compatible receiver.
marty  Mar 14, 2018
A
I Think you would have to have the antenna where it is able to see the sky and 12 volt power and you should be good.
amos  Jan 11, 2016
Q
Does this have to be mounted to the outside of the vehicle or can you also receive a signal if it's mounted to the dash?
bernie  Dec 28, 2015
5 answers
A
You will get a signal if it is mounted on the dash below the windshield but it will be much weaker than if is mounted outside the car. I doubt you will be happy with the reception.
steven  Dec 29, 2015
A
The antenna must be mounted outside for optimum reception. It may be mounted under a window with reduced reception. The receiver can be mounted anywhere.
daniel  Dec 29, 2015
A
It may work on the dash fine if the view to sky is unobstructed. Just experiment with it. Mine is on the roof and I routed the wire out of view through the door jam.
david  Dec 28, 2015
A
The antena sits on top of the dash. I used a two sided tape and stuck it next to the windshield
john  Dec 28, 2015
A
1. Depending on the windshield, the antenna will receive a signal when mounted on the dash. But the reception is more directional--i.e. the antenna requires a line of sight signal. 2. In general, better reception can be had mounting the antenna outside the vehile.

If you upgrade to this tunner if your installing this tunner to a new stereo headunit then yes it would give you the functions your looking for but only on a new stereo reciver won't do anything for factory head unit
antonio  Feb 14, 2017
A
I am confident that the SXV300V1 will not upgrade your tuner. That would require a upgrade from Toyota. If your radio has an aux audio input, you could use a generic SiriusXM tuner, but that would not be an in dash installation. You could ask your Toyota dealer, but I doubt that they could answer the question.
michael t  Sep 10, 2015

I don't know for a fact but, I would say no. I think the functionality you are looking for is more a function of the head unit, not the tuner.

Will this work with the Victory Cross Country motorcycle stock radio? It has a AUX in.

The SXV300v1 requires a special XM radio multipoint connector . The connector supplies power to the SXV300V1.
paul  Apr 28, 2015
A
I Think you actually need the Sirius XM Tuner port. It doesn't plug into the aux port. Radio has to be Sirius XM ready.

Sorry-not sure as this went into a car.

If the stock radio has the sirius/xm logo and is newer than approx. 2012 then it would have the right plug on the back, but if it has a USB input. or if it has a headphone style aux input it won't work. a good option if the bike has the headphone style input would be the Stratus 7 radio. also the onyx radio is an option. the buttons are bigger on the stratus 7 though. A motorcycle kit with rain cover would help you finish off the install. The part number for the kit is SIRPMK1. I am just a customer of crutchfield but i have a background in stereo installation. hope this helps.

The tuner plugs into a 10 pin DIN socket on the back of the radio, if your radio has one. most stock radios do not have one.

Tracey I had my tuner installed by professional. they put the antenna on the front of my vehicle roof driver side. if you install the tuner yourself follow the diagram that came with the instruction it shows you were to put it depending on the type vehicle you have.

It is magnetic. I placed it on the roof of my wife's equinox just above the rear hatch.

Generally it gets threaded through the dash and out the upper front part of door then up the windshield gasket and magnetically sticks to front center of roof.

Greetings I installed the unit in a roadster. Hence no top. I ran the wire out the front door (between the door and the jamb) and laid it on the hood. It works pretty well. I have another unit in my truck with the same antenna--I ran the wire out the door (between the door and the jamb) and placed it on the roof. There is no permanent installation for this antenna. I think that there are permanent antennas available, but I have not done any research on that.

I just got sxv300 tuner for my pioneer mixtrac in dash deck. I connected it but I'm not getting any sound. What do I need to do to correct this problem?
will  Dec 29, 2014

A
Might check the connections or make sure you have the correct tuner. Another check would be to make sure you are receiving a signal. If the vehicle was in the garage when you hooked it up this may be the problem. These have to be in the open to work. Is the antennae on the inside or outside of the vehicle. Should be outside for the best reception. I just hooked one up and am having no problems.
charles  Jan 01, 2015

This is a self contained unit. It requires only two connections. if it is not working, i would try the following; if you happen to have a second antenna, you might try that. if not, you may need to get another unit and try it. i assume that the pioneer mixtrac is not new. It is just possible that it has a fault. In addition, you might check the following: do you see any indication that the mixtrac is actually looking for the SXV300 tuner? If you are getting a readout indicating that the SXV is connected, but still no sound, I would suspect a bad connector for the audio.

The only new feature I can see about this is the iTunes tagging for later purchase, anyone else know what advancements this has over the old 2.0 version? 2.0 I thought added the Xtra channels and rewind features.

To get the added features you need to have a radio that is compatible with these new functions on this serious satellite receiver
keith  Jan 05, 2015
A
New 3.0 Features: With select new car stereos, the SiriusXM SXV300 offers a variety of new SiriusXM 3.0 features not available with the previous SiriusXM SXV200. TuneMix: TuneMix plays a unique blend of songs from your favorite music channels from the current SiriusXM Preset Band, allowing you to build a custom channel from as few as two to as many as 18 music channels. You can even skip songs you don't want to hear. Traffic & Weather Now: Traffic & Weather Now allows you to access the latest report ready for you whenever you want to hear it. Set up your favorite traffic & weather market in the head unit settings menu, then when you press the Traffic & Weather Now button you will be able to hear the latest report and it will start from the beginning. Press the button again and you will return to the previous channel picking up right where you left off. SportsFlash: SportsFlash will notify you when a big play happens during a game with one of your favorite sports teams. When a big play happens during one of the games, you will get a notification asking if you want to listen or cancel. If you choose to listen, the radio will tune to that channel and play back the big play. You can choose to return to your previous channel or remain listening to the game in progress.

The new 300v1 allows a personalized daily listening program to be developed utilizing the pre-programmed favorite stations. I don't know about all of the variations between the 300Vtuner and the 200tuner, but they appear similar in most other normal aspects.
