Easy to assemble. Very stable. Had no problems with TV leaning forward. TOC on stand is close to TV color but it is not spot on, nice accent even if TV is not TOC. Plenty of mounting hardware and brackets. Hides wires fairly well. Fast shipping and no damage to stand. The only gripe i have with this stand is that the t.v. leans forward. You cant tell if your looking at it from the front but if you look at it from the side you cant tell. You have to modify the bracket to get it to sit straight unless this was what Bello had in mind considering the stand is fairly tall. Excellent shipping time and quality by Crutchfield by the way. Everyone loves it. The stand is not in Canada . A lot of the screws did not fit the TV ,had to buy some metric bolts. Bell-o TV's are from Japan, that means METRIC needed !. But the stand looked so nice in the pictures and matched my Samsung 46" TV to a tee, so I decided to take the plunge. I am very pleased with the results. The instructions are very cryptic; if you're unsure of what to do, definitely call the toll free number and and ask for help! Being a gearhead with four other gearheads in the room, we fumbled through it until we figured it out ourselves, but not until the fourth try. The TV stand tends to lean a little forward to the front, but only noticeable if you are standing at the side. And the cable management system works well too.
