The mixer

Mackie's ProFX 12 mixer gives you room to expand and grow.

Mackie's ProFX12 mixer gives you 16 performance-tested effects settings to enhance your mix, including reverb, delay, and chorus, as well as a 7-band graphic EQ.  Its six microphone preamps and its stereo line inputs give you plenty of options, and its monitor and FX sends give you the ability to add monitors and outboard effects to suit your needs. And Its rugged construction means that you can depend on the ProFX12 to keep doing its job night after night.

The powered speakers

Powered speakers eliminate the complexity of separate power amps and their added cabling. Just connect Mackie's Thump12 speakers to your mixer, and you're ready to rock. Each Thump12 features a built-in 500-watt amp and can reach a maximum SPL of 125 dB, giving you plenty of power to cut through the background sounds of a noisy bar and to keep up with the amplified instruments. A 3-band EQ with sweepable midrange control allows you to tune your speakers to the venue, while "Thru" outputs allow you to connect more Thump12s as your audience grows.

Pole inserts allow you to mount the speakers on the included speaker stands, and the cabinets' angled shape allows them to double as monitor speakers so you'll never outgrow them. And they're protected by a subsonic filter, thermal shutdown and reset, and independent compressors for the high- and low-frequency amps.

The microphones

Shure designed their PG58 dynamic microphones to give you high performance at a reasonable price. They're rugged, accurate, dependable mics that'll get you through any situation, and their die-cast metal shells and hardened steel grilles will stand up to use and abuse. Each mic comes with a clip that fits a standard microphone stand.

The accessories

Our package includes two RapcoHorizon 50-foot cables to connect the speakers to the mixer, allowing you plenty of room for speaker placement, while two RapcoHorizon 25-foot cables connect the microphones to the mixer.

Speaker stands raise your speakers above floor level, giving your sound a boost above the heads of the crowd and allowing for better sound dispersion. Our package includes a set of two K&M speaker stands to give your music a lift.

You'll also get two K&M 210/2 boom stands which allow enough clearance for even the most energetic guitarist to reach the mic.

And finally, the Furman SS-6B Pro surge protector and power supply protects your equipment from power fluctuations and filters out RF interference and other electrical noise.
