This Kenwood navigation package includes the KVT-514 DVD receiver and KNA-G510 navigation module — a complete GPS and audio/video system for the single-sized opening in your dash.
KVT-514 DVD receiver
Watch your favorite DVDs on the built-in screen whenever you're parked, or add an external screen and wireless headphones so your passengers in the back can watch movies while you drive. You can activate dual-zone mode to listen to an audio source up front while they enjoy a DVD with headphones in the back.
Add Kenwood's iPod adapter to control and play the music from your iPod in your car. An updated menu lets you navigate your playlists and albums with ease, and you'll see your album cover art on the big screen. When you're parked, you can even view videos stored on your iPod. Load up a USB thumb drive or a recordable CD with MP3, WMA, and AAC files for hours of listening enjoyment. The KVT514 displays tag information contained in your files, easy to see at a glance on the large screen.
KNA-G510 navigation module
Install the small, hide-away box and you'll be able to navigate with your KVT-514's touchscreen controls. To choose a destination, just enter a specific street address or intersection, or choose one of the five million points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, and much more. You'll see the preloaded road maps of the U.S. and Canada on your DVD player's video screen, as they show you where you are and where you're going. Voice prompts delivered over your car speakers also help out, telling you whenever a turn is coming up.
You can customize your route options, in case there are roads you'd like to avoid, and enter intermediate points of interest that you'd like to visit along the way. If you miss a turn, the system will recalculate your route quickly. A trip computer gives you handy data about your average speed, distance traveled, and more.
