Overview: The iLIVE IC609 Clock Radio with iPod Dock features
an integrated iPod docking station, built-in AM/FM radio, auxiliary input, and built-in clock. The unit also comes supplied with a wireless remote control.
The iLIVE IC609 operate off of AC power only.
Stereo Speakers: The iLIVE IC609 features a pair of stereo powered
speakers for dynamic sound.
LCD Display: The iLIVE IC609 Clock Radio with iPod Dock features a
front-panel Blue LCD display for indicating clock and source status (AM/FM, iPod or
Aux). You can adjust the brightness of the display as well as turn it completely
off.
AM/FM Tuner: The iLIVE
IC609 features a built-in AM/FM tuner with an integrated AM antenna and an
attached FM wire antenna. The built-in AM/FM tuner offers digital tuning and
provides 20 FM and 20 AM preset stations.
iPod Docking Station: The iLIVE IC609 Clock Radio with iPod Dock
features a front-mounted iPod docking station and comes with multiple iPod
adapter inserts for audio playback of select iPods. The iLIVE IC609 is "Made for
iPod/iPhone compatible" and supports the following iPod/iPhone model functions
(Dec. 2009).

Note: Your iPod's
controls will remain fully functional while docked. This unit does not offer text display. The
unit will only operate the iPhone (3G/3GS) in Airplane Mode (no adapter
inserts included for either iPhone). Apple firmware updates may change
functionality results.
Auxiliary Input: The iLIVE IC609 features a side-mounted 3.5mm
auxiliary audio input for connecting an external audio source such as the iPod
shuffle or other portable MP3 player.
Headphone Output: The iLIVE IC609 features a side-mounted 3.5mm
headphone output for connecting a set of headphones for private listening.
Remote Control: The iLIVE Clock Radio with iPod Dock comes with an IR wireless
remote control for complete wireless operation of the unit. The remote control
will also operate playback and search functions of your docked iPod such as Play/Pause,
Skip/Search, Repeat, Shuffle, Playlist, Chapter, and Album. The remote control is powered by a single CR2025 3V
Lithium battery.
Bass and Treble: The iLIVE IC609 offers independent bass and treble
controls.
Intelli Set Clock: The iLIVE Clock Radio with iPod Dock
features a built-in clock with Intelli Set. The Intelli Set time feature
automatically sets the unit's time to Eastern Standard. You can manually set the
unit's time to other time zones. The Intelli Set Clock is also equipped with a
Daylight Savings Time feature which is activated in the Spring during the Summer
Solstice and deactivate in the Autumn at the time of the Winter Solstice.
Dual Wake-Up Alarms: The iLIVE IC609 is equipped with dual wake-up alarms
with gradual volume. You can set the alarm to FM, AM, iPod or
Buzzer. In addition, the unit has a snooze
function to delay the alarm for 9 minutes after it has sounded.
Sleep Timer: The iLIVE IC609 features a Sleep Timer which turns the
unit off automatically after a predetermined amount of time. You can set
the Sleep Timer to 5-90 minutes in 5 minute increments.
AC Power Supply: The iLIVE IC609 will operate off of standard household current using the
attached AC cord. The IC609 is equipped with a CR2025 3V Lithium battery for
backup of the unit's clock and alarm settings.
