Our take on the Kodak Theatre HD Player

by Tara W.

Here's a convenient way to share photos and home movies with friends and family. The Kodak Theatre HD player allows you to display pics and videos from networked computers on your HDTV's big, detailed screen. This player also features memory card slots as well as USB ports for connecting a digital camera, USB thumb drive, or external hard drive. Best of all, it's really easy to navigate — a sleek on-screen menu system and innovative pointer remote let you jump between slideshows, movies, and web content.

Access your images, videos, music, and more
The Kodak Theatre HD Player hooks up to your TV via HDMI or component video cables, so your images and photos are displayed in detailed high definition. Play home videos stored on your computer, start a slideshow of photos from your Yahoo! Flickr site, or search YouTube™ for the latest popular videos. You can also enjoy music stored on networked computers, so you can listen to your favorite tunes through your home theater system.

Store, upload, and send photos
In addition to viewing images on your HDTV, the Kodak player lets you share them, too. Send photos to your computer for storage, upload images to your Kodak Gallery or Flickr account, and instantly e-mail photos to your friends and family when you connect your digital camera via its USB cable.
