Spin the color wheel

The remote's clean, functional design features a capacitive "color wheel" touchscreen, so controlling the hue, brightness, dimming, and music is easy and intuitive. The compact control unit is designed for boaters, with low power consumption, anti-interference circuitry, and long-distance transmission range. You can plug an audio cable from your marine receiver's preamp outputs into the 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo plug on this controller to use the music modes, or just rely on the module's  built-in microphone to do the job. Each controller can power up to 10 meters of lighting.

Q
Is this the exact controller sold by nilight for 100 dollars less, just rebranded? Sure seems to be. That would make me question all of wetsounds products.
brent  Oct 31, 2022
1 answer
A
We are not aware of any affiliation between Wet Sounds and Nilight. It has never been mentioned during the product trainings or information we found on Wet Sounds gear.

Q
I have 8 CM1623RL Speakes And 2 CN2513WL Subs Can I wire all 10 of them with this one controller and all on one straight line or do I have to split them up on 2 sides of the controller ?
robert  Apr 26, 2021
1 answer
A
i ran 6 speakers off of one controller, 3 on one side and 3 on the other. i think you probably could run 10 speakers all off of one side. get the thickest rgb wire you can find just to be safe. i would recommend finding a spot in between and run 5 one side and 5 on the other. wetsounds also has an rgb amplifier that can increase the power if its needed. just put it after the the 5th speaker.

Q
Can I buy just a new remote? Mine quit working.
greg  Apr 21, 2021
1 answer
A
I'm not sure about purchasing the remote separately, but if I recall correctly you can download a app from your smartphone device and run your controller that way. Should be in the manual for instructions.

Q
How do I install this in a system with a sdx6 amp and 6 rev 10s?
charles  Dec 01, 2020
1 answer
A
There is a 3.5mm input jack you can use to send audio to the controller so it syncs with music. You just need an output from your head unit to this controller.

Q
Can I connect this unit to lumitec underwater lights ?
jeremy  Sep 08, 2020

Q
Do you have a recommendation, or offer a product, that satisfies the requirement to install 3 amp in-line fuses?
jason  Jul 25, 2019
1 answer
A
If you are looking for an LED controller that will not pull more than 3 amps of power to work with a 3Amp fuse on the power wire, we don't have one at this time. If I have missed the mark with what you are asking, I apologize and recommend contacting an advisor on 1-800-324-9695 to discuss your goals My Bio: https://www.crutchfield.com/bio/Paul

Q
Can this controller run the tower LED's as well as 4 cup holder and 4 speaker rings?
taylor  Jul 05, 2017
4 answers
A
the power supply fuse is 7.5 amps and it is recommended that each set of led strip lights be protected with a 3 amp fuse at present I am powering 24 foot of led strip lights. if you need more amp capability go to wet sounds web sight they a amplifier that can be added to the end of a string of lights it will push 12 amps and has its own controller or you can sync the existing controller to it. P.S. 12 amps will light up the world.
willie  Jul 11, 2017
A
In my setup it is running the LED's on my (6) Wetsounds 6-1/2 speakers(XS-650-S-RGB) and (2) LED rings on the Wetsounds REV 10s on the tower.
michael  Jul 06, 2017
A
Per the owners manual - the unit has 2 channels. On a 12v system it can control 72 watts per channel for a total of 144 watts. So you would need to know the total wattage of your components.
jason  Jul 06, 2017
A
This controller can control any RGB led system. I currently control 2 ten ft led strips and 2 speakers with LEDs.
