You can return any item for any reason within the first 30 days. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise — whichever you prefer. No re-stocking fees, but Scratch and Dent product availability is very unpredictable. If you wish to exchange it for the same item and it is not available in Scratch and Dent, you can pay the difference and receive a new, unopened item (if available).

Of course, because of the special nature of our Scratch and Dent specials, exchanges for "better" (less damaged) scratch and dent models are not permitted. - The product was returned to us in need of repair. (It is then repaired or refurbished to factory specifications.)
Please note: There is no way for us to identify which of the above reasons caused a particular item to wind up in Scratch and Dent. Scratch and Dent items may lack the paperwork needed to redeem manufacturer rebates and special offers.
