Our approach to COVID-19

We remain committed to keeping our employees, customers, and communities safe. Here’s how.

• We continue to work hard to safely process and ship most orders quickly. Visit this page to see estimated delivery dates for orders you place with us.
• Our two Virginia distribution centers continue to meet the highest of safety standards including social distancing, masking, flexible scheduling and shifts, and strict hygiene protocols.

• We have record numbers of customers reaching out to talk to our Sales and Tech Support staff. While we’re helping people as quickly as we can, you may have to wait a bit longer than usual to reach us.
• Most of our folks are working from home. We’ve also modified our hours to give our staff the time they need to take care of themselves and their families. See our current hours.

• Our physical stores are open for shopping and have appropriate safety measures in place.
• We also offer “curbside pickup” for items we stock in our stores.

• We are working with community organizations in our home state of Virginia to provide support to those who have been hardest hit by this pandemic and its effects.
