The two large 1/0-gauge sockets can accommodate your vehicle's power cable and an amplifier's power cable. Inserts are included so you can fit 4-gauge wires there instead. Two 8-gauge outputs let you wire more devices to the system.

This battery terminal also features a small removable upright terminal to which you can clamp a charger or jumper cable for convenient temporary connection. Two plastic markers — one with a plus, the other with a minus — are included so you can indicate which pole of the car battery the terminal is on.

Overview: The Scosche EFX BTCUD08 is a chrome-plated universal battery terminal, designed for car audio installation applications. The terminal clamps onto a standard battery post up to 5/8" diameter. A brass insert is included for smaller battery posts.

Multiple Outputs: The BTCUD08 has four outputs for power wire: two 0/4 gauge and two 8 gauge. The 0/4 gauge outputs are convertible from 1/0 gauge to 4 gauge through the use of the included 4 gauge reducers. A 5mm Allen wrench is included for tightening or loosening the set screws in 0/4 gauge outputs. A 2.5mm Allen wrench is included for the 8 gauge output's set screws and the terminal clamp.

Charging/Jumper Post: A threaded post is inserted into the top of the terminal that can be used for charging or jumping the battery. These posts are removable, if desired.

Polarity Markers: The BTCUD08 universal battery terminal can be used for the positive or the negative terminal. Interchangeable polarity markers are included with the terminal: 2 red "+" markers and 2 black "-" markers. The markers can be inserted into the top of the charging/jumper post.

Cover and Logo Plate: The EFX universal battery terminal comes with a translucent polycarbonate snap-on protective cover with a reversible gray and silver EFX logo.
