About the Sennheiser e 935

Ralph Graves

Warmth and clarity for vocals

The Sennheiser e 935 dynamic mic was designed to deliver clear, accurate vocals, even with high on-stage sound levels. It's an ideal handheld vocal mic, featuring a durable metal body and internal damping to isolate handling noise. The e 935 also has uniform response both on- and off-axis for consistent sound. And the mic's subtle upper mid presence boost increases vocal clarity and projection to cut through the mix. A humbucking design cancels out electrical hum.

It has a high output that cuts though the mix, providing a presence boost and very little crosstalk during close-up performances. The microphone has a rugged metal construction for long-term reliability, and a shock-mounted capsule for reducing handling noise. The e 935 is manufactured in Germany, and comes with a swivel mic stand mount, and a zippered storage pouch.

Pickup Pattern: The e 935 has a cardioid polar pattern, which rejects unwanted background noise, and reduces feedback.
