Yes. Your Denon's power cord is replaceable with the Hosa.

Probably. I used mine with a Yamaha 800 integrated amp. The amp had a two-prong input. However this power cord was a replacement for the stock Yamaha power cord that didn't give a snug fit. Neither did the Hosa. I replaced it with a Pangea and the fit was nice a snug. It might work for your gear however. Good luck.

If you are going to use it as a replacement cable, it can work. The only issue I see happening is that the prongs come straight off the cable instead of at a 90 degree which would be needed to plug this into a power outlet behind the TV. You can get this HOSA adapter to change that so the power cable can work in this locaiton: My Bio:
