I have been purchasing from Crutchfield since the early 90's. I appreciate the easy to use, informative site. The installation bundles and guides are a big plus. On a few occasions I've had to contact support for installation and purchase advice, the team is always knowledgeable and quick to provide correct answer.
Crutchfield has amazing pre-sales service. Clarence my advisor is not just very knowledgeable, but he also gives as much time as you need to design the system that is ideal for you. Thank you Crutchfield for being an amazing online company with a true human touch.
Best word to describe Crutchfield is ...easy. Before I make any move on anything I ever do. They do calculated, extensive research. After my online chat with a Crutchfield advisor, I decided to double check his suggestion.. My research came back with the same matching results. I'll never second guess their opinion again. I had some confusion regarding various center channel speakers. Aaron explained the differences and gave me his recommendations. One big note I must mention, his recommendation was for the less costly of the two. There was no upsell, just an honest and best recommendation. I appreciate that most of all!!! For as long as I could remember the radio and speaker set up in my dad’s mustang was always spotty and tinny. And up until a month ago when he handed it down to me it never occurred to me that it could be replaced. So I dove into looking for replacement options, and that's when I first encountered Crutchfield. Boy am I glad I found you guys.
I don't think that I could ever replace the stereo in my 85 ‘stang without you. I placed my first (of many) calls to you wonderful folks, where I was delighted to meet Kristina and Hogan. We tackled many issues together…

The only thing I would caution anyone about is that when you shop elsewhere, you will wish you purchased from Crutchfield once you are home and installing the system. Trust me on this. I have always regretted buying away from Crutchfield. Crutchfield is simply the best.

Then came a hiccup with shipping. I never expected a call from one of your associates the next day. Reece set up a replacement order and assured that it would be here in a few days. I was fully expecting to wait weeks.

Dylan was incredibly helpful, really enjoyed our discussion and working with her. Mostly it was nice to have a chat with someone who made it fun and never stale or boring. Look, I am buying a piece of equipment to add sound and depth to my surround setup, so this is fun for me…more than a business transaction.

I went into this with zero idea of what I needed and how to get it done. After 15 minutes of throwing Stephen questions, he was able to get me squared away and on my way to a nice new stereo system. Very informative and patient.
Allison was courteous, professional, and made sure that I got all the information that I needed. Even through her chat messages, I could tell that she enjoyed what she was doing; and smiling while she was doing it. Allison answered every question and gave me plenty of options.
