“ Lane is the guy that Every Company wants as its Interface between the Semi-Confused Customer with Questions which we often feel ignorant asking, and the "Evil Empire" we"re quite used to being taken advantage of by those members of "Corporate America" who are simply in it for a Sale. Each of the CS Folks are Outstanding and if they don't HAVE an answer, they FIND it and call you back, rather than make one up. Fear and Buyers Remorse are more than just common emotions with we "Vulnerable Customers". We're used to getting Screwed by Big Box Stores and ending up with products that benefit the Seller rather than the Buyer. That doesn't happen with Lane. He doesn't "Go for the Throat" despite the fact that he (and Crutchfield) easily could. Rather, he goes for the Heart and instills feelings of Trust and Comfort. ... I'm having Tee Shirts Made: "I'm a Lane Lifer in the the Kingdom of Crutchfield". That pretty much says it all. I gladly give him Five Stars in every possible Category which a Credible Communicator should have....Trust and Honesty sharing the Top Spot with "Doing what's Right for the Customer" as his Creed as well as that of his Employer.
