Called Paul with question on whether a certain BOSE sound bar would work with my model Sony TV. Paul researched the sound bar and TV technical information and told me they were compatible. He also answered general rambling questions I had about the BOSE sound bar versus other brands. Paul was polite, didn't rush, answered my dumb questions and didn't try to high pressure me into a more expensive product. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Called to order system for a Polaris RZR and was lucky to have Paul take the call. He was very pleasant to talk with and was extremely helpful. Everyone knows when calling a customer service line you never know what you are going to get. He was very easy to understand made some funny jokes which to Me made the purchase more personable and not a robot. Awesome Customer Service!

Had a very positive experience with Paul and a no pressure sale with all the extra crap salespeople love to add on for the enrichment of their pocket. I really enjoying the new Pioneer radio and I used the get wired service and not only was the harnesses wired professionally and I received a personal note that made it almost plug and play. They made sure I had all the correct parts. It took me longer to read the instruction of where to plug all my inputs into than to do the install. Save yourself a lot of pain and let the pro wire it for you. They made the cost so reasonable it is something you should consider if you don't have all the different parts and tools on hand.

After deciding which receiver I wanted to purchase to replace a 20 plus year Onkyo I called Crutchfield. Being an old school guy I was a little confused how to hook up to the net to receive things like Pandora and Sirius, after speaking with Paul I called back asked for Paul and ordered my receiver. He is a pleasure to deal with and Crutchfield is lucky to have him. Any future purchases will start with a call to Paul.

I have to agree with the other customer Pat. I used to be up on all the car receivers, speakers, etc. Sadly too, that was years ago (I had a Pioneer KP-500) and I'm clueless these days. Paul was extremely helpful in answering my many questions regarding speaker compatibility for the Kenwood KDC-X599. He also answered my questions about wattage rating, ohm compatibility, and general installation and fitment. He provided me with suggestions that worked for my son's car and were within my budget. I used to be up on the car audio scene. I knew all the units available and all the features. Sad to say that was well over 20 years ago. Lots has changed. Steering wheel controls and dash kits etc. Putting a stereo in my kids car now, and I don't really have time to do a ton of research and learn everything all over again. I attempted to purchase a cd player one week before Christmas. Everyone was too busy to talk at all the well-known big box stores too. Not at Crutchfield. I got Paul and he was completely thorough. Paul is incredible, and efficient as all get out. I ordered my new Plasma set on Friday. Because of the time of day, Paul advised the set probably wouldn't ship until Monday. I told Paul it was no problem as I wasn't in a hurry. Lo and behold, on Monday I get a voicemail message from UPS saying I need to call and arrange for delivery. It wasn't even supposed to ship until today, and yet it's here. Absolutely amazing. I'm not even ready for it yet. I still need to re-arrange things in my family room for transfer of the existing flat panel into the bedroom and set-up for the new TV. I worked it out to receive the set on Friday. What can I say? Fantastic service. This was on top of a killer deal for a Plasma set and free Onkyo Receiver. If the TV is half as good as Paul's service I'll be a happy camper.

Paul is the best in the business! I was searching for a head unit to replace my OEM unit in my Ford F-150 truck. I knew the features I thought I wanted, but the choices were a bit overwhelming. Paul patiently walked me through a qualifying process that was the best experience I have ever had. He put me on to a Kenwood and I'm in car audio heaven! I've still got more to do in my truck (Speakers, amp, etc). I'll buy from Crutchfield and it will be Paul that I deal with!!

Paul was very helpful in getting me the price adjustment that was promised to me by another associate that had left for the day. Pual was very understanding, picked up right where I left off, just like he had been my adviser from the beginning. He helped me finalize my order and sought to get it to me almost two days earlier than expected. After he knew I received my receiver, no more than about 4 days after I had a hand written thank you note. I am not sure if everyone does that, but it sure surprised me and made what was a bad day great. He's a big help, and I would recommend highly.
