After going into a local audio store looking to upgrade my factory sound system and getting quoted $2,000 for 2 subs, an amp, and a stereo(that they said I must have), I was pretty content with sticking with my factory audio. Luckily one night I stumbled onto the Crutchfield website and was instantly surprised by how simple and easy it was to find what fits and what works. I decided after browsing myself to call and talk to customer support into see if they would be able to answer some of my noobie questions, and I'm glad I did! My experience was the best I have ever had with a customer support service or agent and my expectations was blown away! I was fortunate enough to get Seth who was understanding and very knowledgeable! He recommended products and put all my fears of doing it myself to rest within a few minutes.
