“I called to speak with someone knowledgeable about audio and I got Trish. I asked her my question and she confirmed my worry, since I know little to nothing about home theater devices. My brother-in-law, who once worked at TI, spent a few hours last night helping me hook up a new AV receiver. We got stumped quickly by the terminology of home electronics of the day, so a current expert was essential. She listened and I thought to explain why I purchased the device to add to my receiver. I didn't tell her, but I have hearing loss in the upper range and my wife has a loss in the lower range. Some fast-talking salesman would have only settled for selling me an equalizer and I would only adjust it up on all bars. No way, a center will get both of us a start on the dialogue which is what we are missing. ”
