Video: Olympus 12mm f/2.0 Lens

The Olympus 12mm f/2.0 lens features a generous, expansive wide angle that's perfect for sweeping landscapes, city panoramas, or your group of friends posing together in your cozy living room. Plus, the wide f/2.0 aperture lets you work with the light that's available, and with its shallow depth of field at maximum aperture, it can enhance depth in pictures with a big subject in the foreground. Pop this lens on the front of your camera and start collecting more wows per shutter click.

This is the Olympus 12mm f/2.0 lens. So it's a Micro Four-Thirds design, which keeps the size nice and small. It's well-built, made out of metal, feels real solid to the touch. And of course it's an effective 24mm 35mm equivalent with the crop factor on Micro Four Thirds.

24mm is a very wide-angle lens. It'll let you get in really close to your subject for dramatic effect, and also capture wide scenes that you can't with other lenses. It's got a real clever ring design here — where when the ring is forward like this, it is actually using electronic auto focus. But when you want to take over manually, just slide the ring back.

So it's a nice little lens for the Micro Four-Thirds system, the Olympus 12mm f/2.0. If you have any questions about this or any other lens just give us a call.
