i purchased a used denon AVR reciever and i had trouble getting it to work. so i called upon the good guys at Crutchfield and after paying for their tech service they walked me through the steps to test the speakers. of course the speakers are fine but the reciever has to go. it would not calibrate after the second speaker nor would it even play the radio. we could get nothing out the speakers. with that advice from a professional, i (cried) bowed my head and kissed the reciever good-bye. i got refunded from the seller in full of course, but the lesson here is don't buy electronics used on line. always buy new from Crutchfield because they will take care of you and they will even answer the phone when you call to assist you. i hope in the future i can purchase a new receiver surround sound system from them. but for now i will just go without. and i'm telling you they are the nicest people you will ever meet. i want to work there.

Pros: they have a well knowledged tech for everything.

Tech support is very knowledgeable, receptive and courteous. They not only helped setting up my home theater sound configuration from remote but offered valuable tips and guides on other issues without my asking to help me enjoy listening pleasure on my 5.1 surround sound system. Thank you to the tech team and to Cretchfield. Great work! Keep it up!
