Perfect fit. See pictures. I used the provided trim piece instead off the Sony provided trim. For the person who had a one star review and 1/4 inch gap, that was an obvious installation error.

This doesn't actually fit my 2005 Sienna. Depth between the mounting points ans the front is off by about 1/4". Maybe just a manufacturing defect. I'm sure Crutchfield will help me make it right.

Great fit in the dash of a 2007 Sienna LE.

Simple to install. Fits really well, nice matt finish. Could be me, but the right side seemed to have L printed on it and vice versa. I put a JVC KD-X340BTS in it, and the DIN frame was a really tight fit (ie bent it double several times...).

Near perfect fit.

The dash kit was a near perfect fit. Installation was easy. My only complaint was that the bezel (for the stereo) that came with the kit would not lock into place. It kept popping out, so I used the bezel that came with the JVC stereo. It locked in place and seemed a better fit.

Toyota Sienna 2004-Up

The trim kit is as advertised for my 2004 Toyota Sienna. I used the faceplate trim provided rather than the after market stereo trim because it had a better fit. My wife likes the fact that this trim is matte but I would have preferred it to be polished to blend with existing OEM trim. Not a real complaint, however, since we only drive this car when whole family travels together and not in different directions.

2005 Toyota Sienna Install

Used this to install a Pioneer DEH-X4700BT unit to replace an outdated stock unit in an 05 Sienna. Fit was not exactly 100% spot on (it seemed to fit just over the top of the center a/c vent frame - does NOT impede airflow however) but it was certainly close enough. The way the mounting frame with my particular radio attached to this kit seemed kind of precarious so I added some padding to prevent future rattles but the kit is a real no-brainer install. Very pleased overall. There is mention in another review of a support strap not being included but that actually will depend on the radio you have, not this kit.

I've never installed any car audio before and I managed to figure it out. I went slowly and verified everything fit like I expected before I continued. I was confused for a minute because this allows for a few different configurations but I figured out which I had and there were no problems after that. I'm a little concerned that the radio is not properly supported but we'll see what happens.

This product my 2005 Sienna but not great. The ONLY problem was where the top meets the fake (in my van) speaker cover at the top. It isn't level with it. Only about an 1/8" lip but noticeable. Most people wouldn't care but I'm just that way. Other than that It worked great.

I thought I was just buying a stereo from Crutchfield...but as I went to check out, the website said, "Hold on, you might need this mounting kit, also." It was less than ten bucks, and it is great. It perfectly fit my dash, added a cubby hole by the stereo, and made the installation a no-brainer.

this installed very easily into my 2004 sienna. I found a youtube video about how to take out the old radio that was used in addition to the included instructions. I was a little confused at first about how the included parts fit together and how the radio should fit into them, but after that installation was very fast and easy. The replacement parts fit very well to the dash despite reading other comments to the contrary. Nobody would know they were not original parts unless they were very familiar with the vehicle.

It fills the hole in my 2005 Sienna but not very well. The fit and finish on the top of the kit doesn't form very well to the Toyota components left behind when you pull the factory radio. I'm considering using some glue or some double sided tape to make things fit a little better but I was hoping I wouldn't have to.

As someone else mentioned, the top edge of this insert needs to have a bit of upward curve to it to so that it better matches with the edge of the center speaker grille. It's OK as is, but that little detail would have been nice. I would have also liked to see it be smooth plastic. The texture really doesn't match although I do suppose it will be less likely to show scratches and such over time.

2004 Sienna In Dash Kit -- Looks Ok, minor gaps

I recently upgraded my Sienna with the Kenwood 545 stereo, primarily to get the built-in HD radio, as our classical radio station in St Louis was sold and the only remaining classical station is on our public radio station's HD-3 channel. I added the direct connect kit and the steering wheel adapter, and desired to keep the installation looking as factory as possible by using the In-Dash kit for the Sienna. The side panels installed quickly, and it held the stereo securely using the stereo's DIN slide-in adapter. The screw holes lined up properly with the factory mounting holes in the Sienna's dash, and I appreciated the cubby hole above the stereo as a convenient place to put my iPhone and iPod. The only reason I rated this with four stars, instead of five, is that the face plate did not exactly match the mounting tabs and slots for the speaker grill that mounts above and behind the face plate. There is a slight rise in the speaker grill, in the center along the seam between the grill and face plate. It's not too objectionable, just not perfect. Overall, simple installation and acceptable appearance -- I'd recommend this to others.
