Mark from overland park on 1/25/2021
I purchased a set of Q35II from Crutchfield, they are the best. After 11 months Bose (I didn't contact Crutchfield) replaced my Q35's due to crackling noise in the right ear. They then replaced two more sets, every 10 or 11 months later the same thing happened. The last set was replaced by Bose in 2018, unfortunately, the same thing has happened in early 2021, a cracking noise and fading in and out of stereo of the Q35's II. When they work they are excellent but after 3 sets the last set is failing and Bose won't do anything to fix their design problem.
Pros: Sound great, excellent noise cancelling
Cons: Crackling and right ear failure numerous times and Bose won't replace after the one year warranty is up. When spending this much the product should last more than 3 years!

Crutchfield customer from Hendersonville, NC on 12/28/2020
Sound is typical high quality expected of Bose. There are sharp edges where headband meets ear cups. While the inner dimension of the ear cups is larger than most, they need repositioning occasionally for a comfortable fit.
Pros: Bose sound, Bluetooth connect-ability, good digital software
Cons: Ear cups may need frequent repositioning for maximum comfort.

Bought the QC 35 to replan an old pair of Bose QC 15? I use them in my tractor (with cab) to kill the noise and let me hear the radio clearly. The noise cancelling on the QC 35 is better and adjustable. The sound is better. The old headset is hard wired but, by pairing the QC 35s with a Sountcast VGtx from Crutchfield I should be a able to go wireless. No more jumping out of the cab with the headset on and still connected to the cab (oops!)

Incredible product!
Mike from Denver on 11/29/2020
The ANC is really good. the first ten minutes, I didn't think the ANC or the sound was that great until I started playing around with it. I turned on a large fan next to me and after a short while i realized just how effective the noise cancelling was when I took them off and heard the difference between the fan noise with them on and without them on. The ANC is very good but does let in some noise from the busy city street below me..that threw me off.. Some songs and sources of music sounds much better than others. Sometimes the sound is so so on some songs and other songs will blow you away with the sound quality - both in terms of the bass and the wide soundstage. I listened to an EDM mix and was blown away at the incredible sound of that mix. I did a lot of research before I bought these headphones. The newer Bose 700 model had too many reviews from angry customers that said software updates rendered their headphones unusuable, literally speaking - also read reviews that said the more modern swipe technologies could be prone to errors; also read the 700's were not as sturdy as these QC 2 ...so I made the decision that the older more durable QC 2's were a better buy and less problematic...I am SO GLAD I bought these headphones..They sound amazing..almost too good..I was just watching a movie and there were 2 moments during the movie in which the sound was so clear I thought it was coming from somewhere else, but it was in the headphones. BUY THESE NOW!
Pros: Incredible headphones - I just love these things. The ANC is really good The sound stage, sound quality and even the bass sound incredible! You can listen to music or TV shows while doing work like washing the dishes. I listened to Judge Judy while washing dishes and using the bathroom - no wires needed! Can make calls from these Loud and clear audio Comfortable. Very comfortable. I originally bought these to block out noise from a neighbors loud
Cons: There is occasionally a blip when I listen to music or tv on bluetooth..not sure why...but unless it gets really bad, there's no way this secondary blip will have me returning these amazing headphones...

Very pleasently suprised!
Ken from Queen Creek, AZ on 11/28/2020
I never liked Bose, but after my son bought a pair of these I simply had to have a set of my own. They are much better than Bose headphones of the past, and the noise canceling feature works well. They are even better than my Senheisers, and those are tough to beat, unless you have more money to spend, and then it would be very close in performance to the QC II's. If you want wireless headphones that don't sound cheap, and have the performance of a good pair of wired phones, these are the ones you want!
Pros: Great sound Lots of detail Comfortable to wear
Cons: Can get warm after long term listening You can't hear the telephone when using them They don't stay charged forever, but what does?

This is my first pair of wireless noise cancelling headphones. I was amazed at how well they worked. If I am reading or just trying to get some peace and quiet these headphones cancel out almost everything. The ears fit the soft leather nicely. The sound quality is outstanding and there aren't any cables to contend with like my old headphones. Old guy.
Pros: Crutchfield did a great job helping me get these headphones set up with my computer.
Cons: Bose needs to include setup instructions and trouble shooting guides with their product.

Comfort is key
Crutchfield customer from Pittsburg, CA on 11/21/2020
Only lightly used them since they arrived but so far so good (as expected). I would say that they are quite good and what make them stand out is the comfort. I think you could wear these for hours if you were the type and be very comfortable. They comfort and quiet are the key strengths. I'm still trying to determine overall sound quality (plenty good but when I get my new DAC and listen to music will these be enough?)
Pros: Comfortable, Quiet, Appropriately named
Cons: None so far (wish I could have picked some custom color touches but for the price the black is fine)

These are my go-to headphones for anything in and around the house. Light, long battery life and I find a little better for music than the 700's. My ears, maybe, but a little more bass. This is my second pair as the work from home required I "donated" my first pair to my high schooler from home situation. You will not be disappointed with these. Very nice and a steal at the price.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy to use, great sound, folding, long battery life

Great until they develop static
Jeffrey from BLOOMFLD HLS, MI on 9/13/2020
I really loved these for 5 months, then the right headphone developed a crackly-static sound. The headphones are in perfect condition and have not been abused in a ny way. After 60 days you have to contact the manufacturer, not Crutchfield, and dealing with Bose has been a major pain. I tried connecting different devices, updating the firmware, and resetting the headphones, all suggestions from Bose customer support. They finally agreed to replace them but their records showed the 12 month warranty was up (it wasn't) and I would have to send them the receipt in a text message. I would then receive the approval and information to return them. I followed their instructions exactly and received no reply to the text. Called Bose again and they asked me to send the text again. No response. I have spent several hours now calling Bose tech support with no result. I'll never buy another Bose product.
Pros: Great for a few months
Cons: Horrible static after 5 months Bose customer support is horrible

Solid do everything

They may not have some of the cool features newer pairs do, such as gesture controls, but you just can't go wrong with these. Bought these for two reasons: my old over-ears broke and I wanted wireless ANC that did well with phone calls. Given that Bose is also a leader in aviation, they have the know how to do ANC well and have the audio reputation - again, how can you go wrong here?
Pros: Comfort ANC Great sound Call quality
Cons: No gesture controls (if important to you) No EQ adjustments (if important to you, but also not needed IMO)

Crutchfield customer from North Tonawanda, NY on 8/15/2020
I've been a music lover all my life which is why I could kick myself for not buying these sooner. I'm lucky that I can listen to music all day at work. I've been wearing earbuds and they did the trick but after the last pair died on me I decided to splurge and buy the Bose. These are my first "noise canceling" and I couldn't believe how they sounded when I put them on for the first time. It can get a bit noisy at my job and the Bose cut out probably 90+% of the noise. The bass response is awesome and the overall sound is fantastic. I wear them for close to 8 hours a day and find them to be very comfortable. When I first put them on I thought I would like them to be a bit tighter on my head but then they might get uncomfortable. And they stay in place so it turns out they're perfect just as they are. A full charge lasts me all day (and then some)and they recharge quickly. They connected to the bluetooth on my phone flawlessly. I own two different pairs of Bose home stereo speakers so I felt confident in buying these headphones and that I would be happy with them. And I'm not disappointed. If you're thinking about buying these headphones....stop thinking about it....and just do it. You won't be sorry.
Pros: Noise canceling, great bass response, charge lasts all day, recharges quickly, bluetooth or wired
Cons:

Difficult to operate
Crutchfield customer from Spartanburg, SC on 8/4/2020
These QC 35 II headphones arrived without printed instructions of any kind so we still haven't used them nor figured out what the buttons do. The Bose Connect phone app doesn't help. On my second call two days ago to Crutchfield Tech Support the man who answered promised to have someone in the office print a user's guide/instruction manual and mail to us, so we shall hope for that. A few years ago I purchased a pair of QC-15 wired noise cancelling headphones when I was flying a lot for business. That's probably a discontinued model and they worked fine right out of the box and only require a AAA battery. They still work fine and I use them on flights longer than two hours . Bose shouldn't force customers to rely on electronic instructions or phone apps to use their products
Pros: comfortable to wear
Cons: Nearly impossible to use without printed instructions for us middle-aged folks!

A good choice
Crutchfield customer from Lake Tapps, WA on 7/21/2020
These headphones are extremely comfortable and have excellent noise canceling. The sound rendering is a bit muted at times, but at a $300 price point, not bad. My single biggest gripe is the 2.5 mm jack instead of 3.5, why? This compromises the use of a quality cable as you will have to find a 3.5 to 2.5 adapter, of which there are few good choices. If you use a hard adapter (no wire), the compromise is less. Of course, if you believe cables are all the same, or only listen wirelessly, this is not a concern. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend.
Pros: Comfortable, Great noise canceling Good value
Cons: Somewhat muted sound rendering, 2.5 mm jack

The Proof Is In The Details
Claude from Drexel Hill, PA on 4/29/2020
I definitely recommend these BOSE Q.C II to Crutchfield customers , as well as their SOUNDLINK color 2 wireless portable speaker. The first* time I tried these headphones on , I was totally ( Amazed ) of details in the sound I could hear. These headphones do reveal whatever was recorded too , without the need to boost the volume, bass, or treble. As for comfort the headphones are adjustable for a customizing fit, without fatigue causing discomfort. Another nice optional feature includes a ( audio ) aux. cable, can help with wifi interference sometimes. The Quite feature works just fine, which is to ( cancel some ) background noise , Not Block Out sound totally . Very important to be aware of one's surroundings * These headphones do deliver amazing satisfying quality sound .
Pros: Well Designed Internally & Externally . Quality Materials Used for Construction. Additional Audio Connection. Notification Incoming Message

Bose vs Sony comparison
Olderman from Pittsboro, NC on 1/16/2020
Please note that this headset was a Xmas gift from my wife and bought from Crutchfield. My wife actually had ordered, at my request, the Sony wh-1000mx3 which I opened on Xmas day. I was very excited. While the headphones were excellent they became uncomfortable both for interaction with my glasses and after about an hour of use. I call up Crutchfield and talked to Jess. She had a pair of the Bose Quiet Comfort 35ii sent to me which gave me the ability to do a direct 1 on 1 comparison. The sound of both were great with Bose brighter and the Sony more mellow to my old ears. Both had excellent noise cancellation. Sony's hand over the right cup to pause nc was a neat trick. The Sony has more features and customizability with the Bose being simpler and therefore easier to use. The Bose had multiple device connectivity. But when it came to comfort for my head and ears the Bose was superior. The Bose were a little lighter with ear cups that remained cool with prolonged use in ways the Sony did not. So I kept the Bose and returned the Sony. The other clear winner was Crutchfield with their first rate customer service that let me do this comparison in my home and select the right product for me. Duplicated in review of Sony wh-1000mx3.
Pros: Comfort, sound, noise cancellation, simplicity, multiple device connectivity, construction.
Cons: Bluetooth 4.1 instead of 5.0

QC35II vs Sony WH-1000XM3
Crutchfield customer from Atlanta, GA on 10/29/2019
I bought the Bose QC35II and compared them to the Sony WH-1000XM3. I went with the Bose because of the comfort and ability to switch between Bluetooth sources seamlessly. I also like the buttons as opposed to the swipe touches for volume and song skipping. I'm used to the Bose sound which is balanced with little fuss. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is some occasional bluetooth dropping when connected to my television. The Sonys did the same. There is little wrong with the Sonys, but they still have some work to do match the Bose.

Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II
Crutchfield customer from Gillette, WY on 9/24/2019
First - customer service rep was very informative and helpful providing perspectives on two makes of headphones I was considering. I opted for the Bose QC35 II. Have had them for about a month and have used them while mowing the yard and, on the opposite end of the spectrum, while sitting in a hospital waiting room. Excellent sound quality and ambient noise reduction in both cases. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great work on low end but needs improvement at midrange
Michael from Hastings, FL on 9/16/2019
The headset was great at noise cancelation of sounds at the lower spectrum to almost a deafening value! Sounds in the midrange were impeded but the outside noises (voices) were still audible. I bought the headsets for the office setting to remove the white noise of voices but was slightly disappointed as I was operating the QC35-II at high noise cancelation. The speakers are crystal clear at sound reproduction across many genres of musical tastes. One opportunity which I believe is low handing fruit for Bose. is to add to their controlling software an octave equalizer.
Pros: Awesome low frequency noise cancelation! A/C, road noise, machinery ...etc
Cons: Needs work on removing the ability to strike voices from office setting, if headset is on high noise cancelation.

Great noise cancelling phones
Arnold from Florence, AZ on 8/29/2019
Pleasantly surprised by the light feel while wearing these headphones but was blown away when my favorite play list songs started to stream. After spending a minute or two easily pairing to my i phone, the rich deep base and crisp highs flowed into my waiting ears. I was out to do some yard work which must be done early here in Arizona when I realized that i didn't hear the very noisy air conditioner unit. These phones blocked out that noise effortlessly. Finally the layout of the control buttons are easy to reach and operate while wearing and are intuitive. Good job Bose

No better noise cancelling headphone than the QC35s
Ryan from Rossford, OH on 8/20/2019
I was debating on whether to buy the QC35 II headphones or the Sony 1000XM3s, since these two go head to head in numerous tests. I went to a local store to compare the two side by side and while they both sounded great and provided above average noise cancelling ability the build quality of the Bose is what pushed me over the edge. The Sony headphones felt HORRIFICALLY cheap and poorly made. There are also many many reviews online about the Sony headphones headband breaking after only a few months of use- which is unacceptable for a $350 pair of headphones. I have been using the Bose QC35s for 1 week and am completely blown away. They are extremely comfortable and I have had no problem wearing them for several hours at a time. Using them at a variety of local coffee shops has amazed me since they are able to almost completely block out the noise around me. The sound quality is superb- I listen to anything from classic rock, jazz, and blues. The initial setup was easy. I love that I can have them paired with both my Macbook and phone at the same time, unlike the Sony which can only be paired to one. All in all I am extremely happy with the purchase and I would recommend that if you are considering a pair of noise cancelling headphones to get the Bose QC35s before they stop making them- the New Bose 700 model feels cheap and is not as comfortable.
Pros: Sound quality, ease of setup, comfort, look
Cons: NONE

Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II with MIC
Crutchfield customer from Sandy Hook, CT on 6/27/2019
I have a special hearing condition - only have about 20% hearing due to middle ear disease. Crutchfield's rep, Cody, was fantastic in learning about my hearing condition and knowledgeable about the various situations I needed to address and recommended an additional component to go along with these BOSE QuietComfort 35. Need to use headphone with Mic for computer applications / telephony; to bluetooth to my Bose Soundbar; bluetooth to my stereo receiver, etc. I have about 6 headphones which work but only for specific devices / situations - but these new Bose headphones with Mic can replace the rest of my other headphones. Excellent sound, great MIC, comfortable. Still need to bluetooth to other devices such as my cell phone.

Noise cancelling ~ yet keeps the music in your ears
LJA from Honolulu, HI on 6/6/2019
The ear cups are only somewhat comfortable. Seems quite small but keeps noise out. I'd give this a five for the crispness of sound and clarity. The headset and accessories fit right in the carrying case that travels well, even if I'm not going on a trip.
Pros: Excellent sound of music ~crips and clear. Adjustable size to head.
Cons: Tight fit at the largest size for my husband. He can still hear himself snore and wakes himself up to blame me for keeping him awake. Need something to make him snore methodically it musically! Got any?

Excellent music and amazing noise cancellation
James from Orlando, FL on 2/24/2019
I bought my first pair of Bose quiet comfort QC15in 2010 and literally have millions of airline travel miles on them. They have held up unbelievably after nearly 9 years of travel, three major international trips to Europe, and countless domestic trips, they finally wore out. This new pair of quiet comfort QC35 are even more quiet and the noise canceling is amazing. Music playback is right on cue and the wireless feature is an excellent add-on to the new model. Thank you Bose and most importantly thank you Crutchfield for recommending this model for continued peace and quiet on noisy airlines!
Pros: Wireless feature
Cons: None noted, remember to carry extra battery

The only sound you hear is your music
Fed Man from Fowlerville, MI on 2/19/2019
This is my first noise canceling head phones. I got this brand primarily because it did not have sensor touch controls, I wanted the button controls because I will be using them snow blowing, mowing the lawn and working out, all conditions where wet fingers do not work on sensor controls. I was impressed the second I put them on, the back ground sound in the room was gone, then I played music, I was hearing parts in songs I had never heard before. It took all the ambient sounds in the gym and made them disappear and the battery is still going strong on one charge after 2 weeks. I should have done this sooner.
Pros: I can no longer hear my 76-year-old dad yelling at the news, commercials and sports on TV
Cons: A little pricey and could have a longer charger cord

A great asset!
Sarah from Charlottesville, VA on 1/23/2019
I love my headphones. I will say the fit has loosened with wear and if I am wearing glasses, my ears get sore, but overall the headphones perform well. I chose over-the-ear because Bose earbuds do not fit my ears properly (I am in between sizes). I have had my headphones since last summer, so approximately 5-6 months and I hope they will continue to last. They do not show any wear and tear yet. I bought these headphones to serve three main purposes - to help me hear voice recordings at work, to sleep through loud noises, and for comfort while traveling. I am satisfied with how this purchase fulfills these needs. The sound quality is wonderful. When I listen to music, it is like the musicians are in the room. Currently, I am transcribing a three hour recording at work; the sound quality and noise cancellation make the task so much easier. So thank you to Bose and Crutchfield for this purchase.

Philip from Fargo, ND on 1/8/2019
Great sound. I've always thought that Bose stood above the rest in getting good sound (including bass) from smaller enclosures, and these headphones are no exception. The noise cancelling is very good as well. I tried a similarly priced different brand but returned them and got these instead - very happy!
Pros: Sound is great including bass. Very good noise cancellation. Comfortable. Bose.
Cons: A little pricy, but you get what you pay for in this case.

Good headphones overall
Barry from Greensboro, NC on 1/8/2019
Overall, a good product. The sound quality is very high. My only complaints: lack of a paper manual. These headphones rely on a phone app for product documentation. I'm old school - prefer to have some paper. Also, the value of google assistant eludes me. Had no trouble with bluetooth pairing. but it's also important to be able to connect wired to a digital player in case no internet connection is present. The cable Bose supplies for this purpose has a standard connector on one end, but a non-standard connector (slightly smaller) for the connection to the headphones end. I always appreciate the use of standard components. The supplied cable works fine, but I will be careful not to lose it, since a replacement would probably have to be purchased from Bose. But I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.
Pros: Good sound, compact, folds into convenient carrying case (supplied), bluetooth connectivity, noise cancelling
Cons: No paper manual, non-standard wired cable

George from Mckeesport, PA on 12/15/2018
The headsets slide forward when you lean forward or fall off all together when you bend over.. It would be nice if Bose made replacement ear pads for down the road. Bose should improve on their Bluetooth connection to keep it from cutting out. Otherwise they have that good old bose sound. It very excellent on they noise reduction if you don't want to listen to people, people's boom boxes in their car s driving by and people's dogs barking all the time.
Pros: Excellent sound quality and noise reduction. Long listening time on batteries. Can advanced songs or backup one song or pause on headphones.

These headphones give great sound. They cancel virtually all surrounding noise - leaf blowers, sirens, chainsaws. My wife wears them just for the quiet they provide. They pair easily with my iPod over Bluetooth, and they work with the supplied wire. They charge up quickly, and the battery lasts a long time. They're easy to control. They come with a handy compact case. They fit my large head and my wife's smaller head, so I bought her a pair. I like these headphones.

Best Noise Cancelling Cans
Chris from Connecticut on 11/17/2018
Outstanding noise cancelling headphones and an absolute must-have on flights. Comfortable on long flights, no cords, excellent battery life and great sound quality. Would purchase again. I have in-ear NC, on-ear NC, and now these over-ear NC headphones and the Bose are the best. Only improvement would be Bose allowing pairing of 3 devices in the Bose Connect app instead of 2 (many users will want to pair a phone, a tablet, and a laptop... but you'll have to give up one of these or manually un-pair/re-pair one, which is not a big deal). The Bose QC35 II's will not replace high end Grados, Senns, etc. for serious home listening BUT you will find yourself using the Bose more and more around the house and of course while flying or at work. One tip: if you are going to sleep in a window seat and rest your head against the aircraft window area, bring along a pair of in-ear NC headphones, because you can't press over-ear headphone cups or the headphone headband against the interior wall of an aircraft (vibration city). Great customer service from Crutchfield advisors, as usual.
Pros: Noise cancellation quality, comfort, no more wires.

Very comfortable. Sound is good but not great. Sound cancellation is a welcome improvement over traditional headphones. Great that you can go wireless or plug in using "old" aircraft movie technology.
Pros: Wireless or plug in use. Comfort
Cons: Sound is good but not great

Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II
Mark from Dayton, OH on 9/13/2018
Absolutely NO instructions or start-up instructions are included. Bose has assumed that the Headphones are going to be used with a Smartphone, and the packaging tells the customer to download the Bose Connect App. In my opinion a poor assumption Bose's part. I haven't checked their website yet to see if there are downloadable instructions (PDF) available, but they didn't mention anything in the packaging. This is my second pair of Bose Noise Canceling Headphones, and obviously I'm a repeat customer... Sound quality is comparable (VERY good), and the convenience of wireless is a big plus for me. If Bose had included a quick start page, or better yet good instructions I would've given (5) stars.
Pros: GREAT sound, and noise canceling.
Cons: No instructions included.

Great sound, but rechargeable batteries are a problem.
Tom from Port Townsend, WA on 8/29/2018
3 1/2 stars. I sure wish these had a replaceable battery, like my QC15s. I can use a rechargeable AAA battery for those. That way, I don't have to waste time recharging, and I don't throw away batteries. With the QC35's fixed, nonreplaceable, batteries, I'm stuck having to buy a new headset when these reach the end of their recharge life. This kind of planned obsolescence is not good for either the consumer or for the planet, only profit for Bose. The headphones are as good as we should always expect from Bose -- great sound, very comfortable, and the 3-level adjustment is a big plus.
Pros: Great sound, very comfortable, 3-level adjustment.
Cons: Cord should be coiled -- it's too easy to damage. Also, it uses a weird 2.5 mm connector.

I'm 76 years old with hearing problems and have had trouble understanding the conversation on the tv. I've tried sound bars, Yamaha amp with 6 speakers in the ceiling and nothing has given me clarity. That is until I bought the bluetooth Bose Quitcomfort 35 Wireless Headphones II. Clarity and a good base is there. I've been trying for years (not to mention a lot of money) and I finally found something that worked.
Pros: TV sound clarity Light Base

Life-changing
Crutchfield customer from Woodside, NY on 8/28/2018
These headphones have absolutely transformed my commute and the way I listen to music. I had been "getting by" with stock Apple buds, then I bought a cheap pair of on-ear headphones, but these Bose headphones are in a different universe. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth occasionally gets spotty in certain areas (I'm in NYC, so I guess that's to be expected) but that's more a product of the limitations of Bluetooth than anything Bose did or did not do. Overall, my 45 minute commute on the subway has gone from noisy and intrusive to completely isolated - all I hear is my music now. Thank you, Bose (and Crutchfield!)

David from Fair Lawn, NJ on 8/26/2018
Crisp and clear audio with firm bass. If you love the BOSE sound, this is wonderful. I love the Bose sound and I found that the headphone on the QC35II model pairs quicker than the previous version. Listening to music is fun and hearing the punchy bass is a pleasure. Bose helps me get into my music.
Pros: excellent well blended sound
Cons: would like to see a wire with the function that QC25 had.

They keep getting better!
Nicholas from Seattle, WA on 8/15/2018
I own and still use my Bose QC 15s and the QC 35s are a big improvement on sound and noise cancellation. The comfort is first rate, I can where them for hours on end listening to music and podcasts or just use them just to block out sound. I did purchase the Sony 1000XM2 headphones first but returned them a week later in exchange for the QC 35s and I'm much happier I did. The XM2s to me sounded better with a slightly better ANC and offered more features but they were features I was never going to use and found them distracting. The QC 35s on the other hand are way more comfortable, slightly smaller in design and have built in features which are more practical. If you want worry free headphones that you just put on and go these are the ones to get.
Pros: Comfort Great noise cancellation Good sound Can be integrated to use Alexa or Google assistant Has a plug in wire and can be used as passive headphones.
Cons:

Not your old Bose headphones!
Crutchfield customer from New York, NY on 8/14/2018
I have actually been using a bc dry old Bose and they still do an adadquate job! I was shamed into finally retiring them! The Bose Quiet omfort 35 wireless headphones Ii, are the best example of technology and craftmsnsship with superior sound and noise cancelling ability! I fly to South East Asia four times a year! The flights are at a minimum 13 I now sleep like a baby!
Pros: Superior engineering and noise cancelling!
Cons: Carrying care is a bit cramped and to not provide a jack for aircraft use is rather insulting based on the retail price! Does Bose propose that they only expect you to use them walking on noisey city streets in Manhattan? As I mentioned insulting!

I love these headphones.! They noise cancelling is as good as it gets. The sound is full and rich allowing the user to hear all the subtle parts of the music, the touch of a symbol, the background vocals, the incidental sounds of each instrument. The connect app allowed easy bluetooth connection to my iphone and tv..The google assistant was easily downloaded from the iphone app store adding further features once set up. The headphones easily fold up to fit in the provided travel case. The headphones were delivered in the specified time. I'm totally happy with this purchase.

No More Engine Noise ! Just Great Sounding Music
Joe from Pittsburgh, PA on 7/19/2018
I won these through Crutchfield a week ago. I travel weekly by plane and these headphones are eerily awesome. Airplane engine noise is eliminated while the music plays through flawlessly. Paired easily with my iPhone. Direct sound without wireless Bluetooth plays a bit louder while Bluetooth on still sounds good albeit a bit quieter. Definitely a keeper.
Pros: Great Sound, Great Bass Definition, Not Fatiguing at all.
Cons: Could playback in Bluetooth mode a bit louder.

Best noise cancelling headphones hands down.
Jason from Dundee, OR on 7/2/2018
Love these headphones. I've owned the QuietComfort earbuds for 5 years and love them but my one complaint is that after about 10 hours on a plane with the in-ear headphones my ears start to get sore from wearing them so I wanted an alternative that I could switch between. The QuietComfort 35 wireless headphone II are the perfect answer to that. The noise cancelling is excellent and the headphones are beyond comfortable. They are way lighter than I expected when I first picked them up but they stay in place well over my ears and on my head. The headphones create a good seal that even with noise cancelling turned off they block a lot of external sound. I don't use the google assistant but it is nice hearing the headphones tell you the noise cancelling level audibly when you press the button. I haven't used these on the plane yet, but the reduced noise cancelling level seems to work really well. On the earbud version I have, the low level nosie cancelling sounds awful and tinny, but on these over-the-ear headphones it works as advertised. Price point is really high on these headphones, but if you travel as often as I do, and can keep them safe in their case they should last a lifetime. As I mentioned above, I've had the in-ear version for 5 years now and the battery is still good, they still fit well in my ears, and none of the cables have worn or frayed. Bose makes the best noise-cancelling products hands down.
Pros: Comfortable, noise cancelling is excellent, easy set up, sound quality, very lightweight, comes with case, bluetooth and wired, pairs easily with multiple devices
Cons: Ears fit inside the headphones well but if they shift, your ears constantly bump into the edges. cost.

Best headphones I've ever purchased
Travis from Centralia, IL on 6/11/2018
While I am not a huge proponent of using headphones (would rather listen to music in wide open, full, room-filling sound), these headphones have proven themselves valuable in places where headphones can't be avoided. The sound quality is excellent and the noise-cancelling is so good that it can even drown out the loud sounds associated with operating loud equipment while using the headphones. They pair easily with all my Apple devices and are easy to use and the battery life is also quite impressive thus far.
Pros: Great Sound Excellent noise-cancelling Wireless/Bluetooth works great Comfortable over the ears and easily adjustable
Cons: No instruction manual but fairly user friendly without one

Crutchfield customer from Aspen, CO on 4/9/2018
Love these headphones. I purchased them to replace my Sony MDR-1000X wireless noise-cancelling headphones. I personally find the sound quality excellent for both. But I find the Bose to be much more comfortable and I much prefer the tactile buttons. I found the swipe controls on the Sony frustrating at times. Especially when I would accidentally touch the headphones and skip ahead to the next song or podcast. But the main reason for the change was that the headband began to show cracks that propagated until the headband eventually completely broke (I do happen to have a large head). Also, my experience with Crutchfield has been fantastic. Highly recommended.

Andy from San Pedro, CA on 3/23/2018
I need to state my position... I am not a fan of Bose. There, I said it. I am sure there are those out there who think I am a loser... I just don't like the SQ of the home theater systems. And I am not a fan of how they torture air to make sound. And their car audio is merely average at best. But their headphones... oh, they are something special. The QC35II's are insane. Just insane. Clear, quiet, comfy. Can't go wrong. Best noise cancellation in the biz.
Pros: Great sound, great noise filtering.
