#%?&@?! Amazing

These are *%#$&@! amazing, you dont have to cut your doors to get great sound in your truck , and they fit great, but be sure that you dynamat the back side of the kick panel because with out it they will vibrate, and spend a little money and buy a good quality 6 1/2 component set , and poly fill the kick panel pods , so do yourself a favor and get some of these
Pros: They will sound a lot better than the little 4x6 dash speakers, now you can get some mid bass and put some bass blockers on the 4x6's and you will see what i mean
Cons: A little flimsy so be sure and dynamat them

Looks like a factory installation
Michael from Akron, Ohio on 11/7/2010
I have a set of these in my 94 S-10 pickup. Although these say they cover up to 94, my model may be different in looks, as the S-10 pickup design changed in 94, whereas the S-10 Blazer stayed the same as previous years. That doesn't matter though because these things are built tough! Holding them up with the factory kick panels, there's no difference in quality. I have a set of Infinity Reference 6 1/2's mounted; they look like they came from the factory. The space where the hood release comes through is perfect. I'll never have another car, as long as it takes kick panel mounts, without kick panel mounts. The sound is phenomenal. I highly recommend buying the foam speaker protection for behind the speakers and packing it with the packing material that comes with the mounts. I then covered, over and over, the outside with duct tape; not only does it help protect the speaker, the bass response is tight, even though I have it crossed at 60 hz. Nice product.

Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures
Cesar from Inland Empire, CA on 6/27/2007
These fit great in my kickpanels. They are made of molded plastic and are actually a little flimsy. I installed a pair of 6.5" Infinity Kappa components and they were beating up the enclosures. There was some anoying rattling so I fiberglassed them inside and out and put some poly fill inside. The problem is now solved and they actually look better and the speakers sound better. Great choice for a '91-93' S-10 but they are pricy and a little flimsy.
