Just NO!

6.5 inch speakers don't fit even without grills. The instructions say to mount them hanging off the back, but you would have to cut out the back of the panel to clear the basket. They should not be advertised as 6.5" kick panels. If that wasn't bad enough, the edges looked they were trimmed by a blind 5 year old and the paint is uneven and doesn't match. Do yourself a favor and watch a couple YouTube videos on how to make some out of fiberglass.

99 tahoe kickpanels

Fitment is good, color matching is pretty good, could use a little trimming around the hood release lever as it gets hung up a bit. I am curently waiting on 5.25" speakers as the 6.5" infity kappa 60.11cs components would have fit, but at the cost of having no speaker grill installed. due to being in the kick panel location and having friends who are careless about where they put their feet, speaker grills are a must!
Pros: Good fit, color match is good, sturdy construction.
Cons: hood release lever opening is a bit small, 2 minutes with a file or dremel will fix the problem
