Great product but needed to Mod
austin from Portland, OR on 3/14/2017
1993 Toyota Pickup
I have an old Toyota truck and I really didn't want to cut into my door panels. That's the most positive thing that I can say about this product as it installs easily in the kick panels. They don't get in the way of the clutch despit what others say but everyone has different driving styles. The product is sturdy and fit perfectly. There is literally no extra room for the speaker grilles. Perhaps it was the speakers I got but I tried other grilles and not much luck. I modified the install by cutting down some sturdy speaker grilles that I found online and installing it and the speaker from behind rather that on top. It worked out really well and I used speaker foam sealer in between each component. It kept it tight and prevented any unwanted noise. I wrapped wires with foam and added some extra foam for absorption. This looks great and look even more custom as it's not flush, non descript and looks like one solid unit. Be careful not to scratch them when cutting them. The speakers are angled towards you which is much better the in the door panels in my opinion.
Pros: Fits perfectly Didn't have to cut door panels Looks great
Cons: Had to modify because speaker grilles did not fit. If color matched (not black), the paint can wear easily. Be careful when cutting or get black. I feel like the price is a lot for plastic. But I am happy with the end result and would purchase them again if I had to the same job.

Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures
mark from Texas on 9/6/2015
1992 Toyota Pickup
Typical Q-Forms quality but these eat up too much space for my 92 toyota pickup with manual transmission. If you have manual you lose too much space for your foot next to the clutch pedal. Im gonna run them until i can get some fiberglass pods made for the door panels.
Pros: Great quality as usual
Cons: not enough space in a manual truck

Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures
Quasny from Houston, Texas on 5/15/2015
1994 Toyota Pickup
I used these to install Rockford Fosgate T165-S component speakers in a 1994 Toyota pickup. The plastic is thicker than I thought it would be, so it keeps the speakers firmly in place. They look clean, and are great for those of us not wanting to mount speakers in the door panels. The speaker grille does protrude past the bottom of the panel, but it was not a problem mounting them. You can't even tell once they are installed on the carpet. They may seem a bit pricey, but they are worth the investment.
Pros: Well made, look great.
Cons: Speaker grille is bigger than the location on the panel.

Q-forms kick panel
Kman from Phoenix, a.z on 2/5/2015
I recieved this product as sent from manufacture. Packaged with poly fill and wheather strip. I always thought these where inclosures but they are just infinate baffles. Had cut trim to fit and cut holes for speakers. May not fit all 6.5" speakers. My alpine type-r's barely fit. I had to modify speaker grill to fit due to mounting surface too small to include grill. Overall performance- great...
Pros: Great for front speaker addition to toyota trucks
Cons: Have to trim to fit. Had carpet and wiring interference issues

Great Alternative to Door speakers
Chris from Portland, Or on 5/21/2012
1994 Toyota Pickup
I didn't want to cut holes in my doors to accomodate 6.5" inch speakers, so these kick panels were a great alternative. The fit great the color matching was an exact match to my Trucks interiod. 1994 Toyota SR5 4X4 5spd. I was concerned with the clearance around the clutch pedal, but after i got them installed my concerns were gone. They fit great with plenty of space for my feet and I can still use the "Dead Pedal" too. I mounted a set of Polk Audio 6500 speakers in these and they provided an excellent sound stage. Crutchfield was great, ordering online I had my parts in 3 days.
Pros: Good Fit. Good color match. Easy install.
Cons: None
