About the Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures
Many award-winning sound-off competitors put their mid-woofers and tweeters in custom-built kick panel enclosures to get concert-quality stereo imaging. But why pay hundreds of dollars to an installer when you can do it yourself? Just mount your 6-1/2" component system in Q-Logic's Q-Forms kick panel enclosures, and your car speakers will deliver competition-quality imaging without the expensive price tag.
Q-Forms enclosures hold your speakers in an ideal position, angling them to maximize sound quality. Since the Q-Forms are located near your feet, the distance from your ears to each speaker becomes closer to equal, creating a superior soundstage. The driver's seat becomes the "sweet spot" for great stereo sound. Warranty: 1 year.
Note: The Q-Forms do not come with pre-cut holes, so you must cut holes in order to install your component speakers in the enclosures. Installing the Q-Forms panel enclosures in your vehicle may require relocation of the parking brake pedal or other vehicle parts. Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures reviews
These Q-logic kick panels are a quality item. They match my interior perfect. They look way better than some of the homemade ones I've seen and are alot less work. Crutchfield had the best deal on them too.

I purchased these to install a pair of Polk/momo components in my crv. I was first a bit surprised to find them not cut out at all. The picture seems to be a default photo of some of their nicer precut panels with grills. When I opened the box to find some blank panels and next to nothing in the way of mounting hardware, I was pretty bummed. Read up a bit and decided to give them a shot. All they needed was cut out and mounted. Seemed easy. The proper size hole saws were $40 and $18, a bit steep considering I just paid this much for panels I thought were already cut. Many write ups suggest a simple jig saw so I tried that. Bad mistake. The plastic is very soft and basically melts as you cut them and dries solid once the blade has passed. The grey finish also is marred up very easily, beware. After some careful cuts and filing they were done. Mounted my speakers which apparently have a magnet to big for these panels as they hit the floor...but there was nothing mentioned about maximum depth. A bit of tweaking again and I was finally ready to install the only to find the predrilled screw holes lead to no mounting points. So now I'm supposed to just drill into the chassis, one of them straight into the floor. The passenger side mount fits better than the driver side but still leaves a lot to be desired. Having used a set of these before I was seriously disappointed with these. They fit poorly and are not worth the price.
Pros: Potentially a good product
Cons: Poor fitment, need to cut yourself, mounts very poorly

I bought these for a 99 honda civic and they just plain don't fit. The panels don't meet smoothly with the existing panels. The supplied screws weren't long enough to bite into anything on the back side... And the provided foam inserts are not large enough to fill the open space. Now the pods just kinda wiggle loosely next to my clutch pedal and could potentially interfere with the pedals operation.
Pros: Didn't have to destroy factory panels to install a component speaker system.
Cons: Does not fit. Acoustically weak. Incorrect installation hardware included. No center hole for woofer, only tweeter. Made it difficult to center the midrange woofer in the pod.

More details on the Q-Forms Kick Panel Enclosures
Product Overview: Q-Logic C-Series Q-Form custom kick panels are designed to hold a 2-way component speaker system consisting of a woofer (up to 6-1/2") and a tweeter (up to 2" diameter). They are fabricated of durable ABS plastic, color matched to the factory interior colors, and replace the factory kick panels. The positioning and angle of the speakers provide optimum stereo imaging and staging.
No Grilles: Because no grilles are included with the Q-Forms, you must use the grilles supplied with the component system. In some cases, the grille could slightly overlap the mounting surface for the woofer. In this case the cutout can be made so any overlap occurs at the back bottom edge where it will not be visible.
Note: One of the included installation guides states that two Q-grilles are included. That is not the case for the C-series Q-Forms.
Compatibility: These Q-Forms are designed to fit select Hondas, 1996 to 2000 Civics and 1997 to 2000 CRVs. They match the factory Beige interior trim.
Note: Please enter your vehicle information to verify compatibility.
Installation Overview: You will need to cut out the mounting holes in the designated areas of the plastic Q-Form. A roll of foam tape is provided for sealing the woofer in the kick panel. The tweeter can be flush or surface mounted. Giving exact mounting depths is not possible, since it will depend to some extent on the space available behind the factory kick panel. (Q-Logic advertises 4" minimum.)
Modifications: The factory dead pedal (foot rest) must be removed to install the driver's side Q-Form.
