Great support for 32 in tv - easy to install and not bulky in appearance.
Simple easy and care free. Looks great and easy to install. Just lacks tilt.
Pros: Neat and easy to install.
Cons: Lacks tilt.
I own two of these and will probably buy a third soon. Perfect for smaller TVs. Easy to mount to wall, mount to TV and final assembly. Arm and tilt make it flexible for multiple locations. Great for bedrooms and offices and even a work shop.
Pros: Great bracket at a great price.
Worked great to mount a 32 in Samsung. It allows a wide wide range of motion and was easy to mount. It came with everything I needed to mount to a concrete wall except for a masonry bit. The Crutchfield team helped me pick the correct choice for my needs.
Could not be easier and more robust. I mounted a 32" TV, but this can handle bigger TV's for sure.
Pros: Ease of installation and rugged design.
I needed a wall mount to squeeze a TV into a corner and this mount was perfect. It is well built and gives me the ability to fine tune my viewing angle easily.
Pros: Build quality is great, easy to install
Buy It !! Solid, quality construction. Everything you need is included to hang on a wood stud wall, or a concrete block wall; Not for sheetrock walls. Instructions are precise and easy to comprehend; photo aided. SANUS website states the VSF415 can Handle a 50 inch tv; as long it's under 50 pounds and meet VESA mount patterns. SANUS website can match the correct mount for your tv. Being a stickler for details, it took me longer to hang my tv. The holes left in search of center points of the stud were re-spackled. And, I repainted the pencil markings. Also, I applied drops of Phil Tenacious Oil on the mount's pivoting points; oil polymers are very clingy. Purchased 9 inch metal strapping locally from a big box hardware store and attached sound bar; solid attachment. Thanks.
Pros: Quality, Instructions, Sanus reputation, Sanus website
Cons: Absolutely None
This mount was very easy and quick to install. Hung a TV in my bedroom and it never looked so good.
Pros: Quick and easy to put on the wall.
Easy to install and fit my TV perfectly. I am pleased with how far I can rotate the TV.
I bought two of these - one for the bedroom where my Samsung usually hangs, and one for my deck bar. It easily lifts off the mounting pin and carried outside where I set it on the pin and plug in the cable line. Piece of cake
Pros: Great directions, easy to mount, very adaptable to all surfaces and flat screens. Plenty of hardwars.
I had to mount a monitor for straight on and 90 degree viewing on our sailboat. This unit worked perfectly. High quality and easy installation.
I used this wall bracket to hang a 40" Samsung flat screen. It was very simple to install - two lag bolts into a stud; attach bracket to back of TV; insert pin and hang up the TV. The zip ties they provide to attach the wires to the bracket were too light duty so I used some of my heavier duty ones. The bracket allows the tv to be rotated horizontally and tipped up and down vertically. Works perfectly. I recommend this bracket.
Pros: Easy to install. Does job as advertised. Simple design.
Bought a Samsung TV for the bedroom and a wall mount was best location. I am no handyman but decided this could not be that hard. Once the Crutchfield rep confirmed the TV I had was fit for this mount I was set. Arrived timely and very easy instructions to follow. Had my teenage kids assist with the template, finding the studs in the wall, and putting the whole thing together. I took my time and was using it as an instruction moment but I was out of the box and fully mounted in about 1 hour. I moved real slow to make sure it was perfect - wife can be quite particular. At the end everyone stepped back and looked at our handy work and it was tilted (oh no!), I couldn't figure where I went wrong and then looked at the manual and noticed a leveling nut and voila perfection. - Birthday saved. It comes with a simple stud finder/level which was awesome. Agree there is a lot of extra hardware and the studfinder is a "punch" type but the holes are covered by the base after its mounted to the wall.
Pros: Very Easy to install to the wall, to the TV and very easy to impress your friends that you did it yourself.
Cons: maybe it should come with a cold can of beer to celebrate when its done?
The directions were very easy to understand. I used my own stud finder since I didn't want to put in multiple holes into the drywall. After reading the directions, this took all of 5-10 minutes to fix to the wall and to the television. Positioning is very easy to accomplish.
Pros: Directions, nice template, ease of set up.
Cons: TV can be tilted on diagonal angles, that aren't necessary. Only need tilt and rotation.
Easy to install with help from company's website finding the proper height of wall plate for my application.
Pros: Great quality. Ease of Install.
Very easy to install. Provided lots of options that will work with almost any TV
Pros: Follow the step by step instructions and you will not have any problems. Very well thought out. Quality is superior
Cons: Because it's equiped to handle a variety of TV's, it comes with lots of extra bolts and washers that are not needed. Not necessarily a con but there's a fair amount of waste.
It was as was stated on line.
Pros: Easy to install. Tite to wall.
A terrific product. Comes with everything (and I mean everything) you need to do a professional wall mounting. The instructions are clear as a bell. Took me appx. a half hour from start to finish.
Pros: Looks professional Sturdy Connections are machined properly Crutchfield customer service reps are very helpful

The mechanism is pretty rigid, if you push the tv back against the wall sure it would stay put....unless it's mounted IN the firetruck... [ BRIAN Oct 23, 2017 ]
Great for a fire-house, but not a fire-truck. Tightening the bolts on the extension arms holds them very tight and stable in a non moving environment. Might work on the truck as long as the bracket and monitor were secured in a padded, locked enclosure during travel. [ Edwin Oct 23, 2017 ]
Maybe if you tighten the screws on the arm hard enough and fold against the wall will do the job. [ JAVIER Oct 23, 2017 ]
No, it's on a swivel hinge. Any television mounted on this bracket will either need to be bungee corded or ratchet strapped for travel on the road. [ MATTHEW E Oct 23, 2017 ]
I believe so because we installed it by attaching the TV bracket to the TV and the wall bracket to the wall and then lifting the TV with its half of the bracket on to the wall half. Therefor the answer is yes. [ C MICHAEL Nov 26, 2014 ]
I have not tried to do that. However, as I assembled the rack and mounted the TV, it seems that it would be simple to do. [ GERALD Nov 25, 2014 ]
No, not easily. The TV is held on by 4 screws; it is not a lift-off or un-clip design. But this is an excellent stand for swinging the TV for viewing at different angles. [ RICHARD Nov 24, 2014 ]
I'd say it is fairly easy. The part that is attached to the TV itself, simply slides into the top of the part which is mounted on the wall. Pulling it up and off the wall-mounted part and then sliding in onto another wall-mounted part is not complicated if you can manage the weight of the TV without problems. [ Diana Nov 24, 2014 ]
Not really. It's not a quick disconnect. [ James Nov 24, 2014 ]
If you are looking to move the tv around I'd recommend leaving the mounting bracket attached to the tv and simply pull the bolt that keeps the swivel hinge together. The hinge is a sleeve several inches long; the bolt makes the connection secure but is not absolutely necessary. Then you can lift off the tv with one half of the arm and slide it into another mounted bracket. You just need to make sure you don't use the cable mgmt compartment in the half of the arm that will be travelling with the tv. [ Jose Nov 24, 2014 ]
Yes. However it is difficult putting the trv back. Need a person holding it [ Craig Nov 24, 2014 ]
the part where the mounting plate connects to the arm is 1 allen head bolt with captured nut, if using identical VSF415 the swap could be made by just unscrewing this bolt but it could be awkward without a helper [ Matthew Nov 24, 2014 ]
