Only had my new D5600 for a month, but loving it already. Replaced my D70, which I'd had for over 10 years. Loving the new technology and that all my accessories from the D70 work with the D5600. Will update more later as I learn more of what this camera can do. Many thanks!

I love this camera. It's smaller and lighter than I thought it would be. It's about the same weight as the Nikon Coolpix P900 I had before this one. Very easy to use and the pictures are awesome. One of the first photos I did was of my cat sleeping in a paper bag. You could clearly see every hair on her head. This was truly a point and shoot photo. I can't get up and down off the floor right now. She was in the bag, sleeping. It was fairly dark in there too. I literally put the camera on the floor, aimed it, heard the beep that it was in focus and hoped for the best. There is a shadow on the floor, but it's the lens hood I'd put on it. That's gone now and I'm really happy with the camera.

Excellent and prompt service!!! The camera was everything that it was advertised to be. If it ever quits snowing here in Iowa then we can get out and take some great Spring pictures! Thanks again!

I shopped for some time to find the best camera for my needs and the best place to buy my camera. The D5600 has exceeded all of my expectations. It is much more capable than the D3200 I had previously. Crutchfield had the best deal and great service. Icing on the cake!

Pros: Great low light capabilities. Flip screen. Wireless connectivity..

Cons: None so far.

I bought this camera as an upgrade from my D3000. I'm a novice, so the automated features of this camera really help me out and this camera excepts the lenses I pirchased with my first Nikon. Even though I've read some negative press regarding Nikon's Snapbridge application, I was able to use it while shooting outdoor photos of the grand children.

high end low price

I've been using this camera a few weeks. It has a lot of high end features and great picture quality at a low price. Wish it would accept compact flash cards. I keep thinking I'll break the sd cards when inserting them into the computer's card reader.

Excellent, nice and light

Upgraded from a Nikon d60 and absolutely love this camera. So lightweight and has a great feel in your hand, really much more compact than I expected. I've had the camera just about a month now and have been really happy with the photos I've been taking with my 35mm lens. I was between this camera and the 3400, but decided to go with the 5600 because of the touch screen. So glad I did, the touch screen is such a nice feature that I find myself using all the time. Overall very happy.

Bought this to replace my Nikon D70 camera that I have used for the past 12 years. Still learning the new features, but so far happy with the quality of photos. I like being able to continue using the Nikon AF-S Nikkor DX 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens that I bought for my previous camera. My battery didn't seem to last very long during my first outing. Not sure if it is from too much use of the touch screen or because of the SnapBridge features.
