Nikon Prostaff Full Size Tripod

The best feature about this tripod is the height! It's adjustable all the way to eye level, at least for me, and I'm at 6'. I upgraded from a flimsy travel tripod so this one had some features that were nice. Like the quick release mount, the adjustable crank for fine tuning height and the center support for more stability. For the price, I think this will meet most anyone's needs. I use it with an RX10M2 and I think it is stable enough for the weight of the camera. The overall size and weight, I find, is very manageable, even when traveling. Also, you can lock all things that move, which helps with stability.

Pros: Easy height adjustment, tall enough for eye level shooting, quick release mount, stable for my use

Cons: None that I can think of

I found this tripod to be on the flimsy side. I used it with my small Sony Handycam and would probably put my Nikon D3300 on it, but would not put my Cannon Vixia on it. I would not walk away from it while my camera is on it either. I like it in a pinch

Pros: Lightweight so it is easy to carry around

Cons: Not as sturdy as I would like

Customer Q&A

Crutchfield asked: Why did you buy this?
The reviews indicated that it is a basic tripod that is high enough to film at 6 feet. [ Darlene  Feb 02, 2019 ]
for outdoor photography [ Abhishek  Nov 25, 2018 ]
Needed this for the camcorder [ Herbert  May 31, 2018 ]
This seemed the best out of the three available. I like the fact that the maximum height is 61.75"! I will be using this with my Sony though, not a Nikon! [ Mark  Apr 09, 2018 ]
I like this tripod because it has central leg stabizers and can elevate the camera to about 61 inches which is perfect for my uses. [ Walter  Jun 12, 2016 ]

Can I continue to get parts for my Realtree tri pod? It is about 15 years old.

We do not stock "Realtree" products or replacement parts. You may want to check with the manufacturer directly.
