This Retro Sound Long Beach is for my 1960's Chevy Impala is top brand for riding in my car on the Routee 66 Fun Run. The next piece to the puzzle. I will have this install in my can soon .

Takes some time to get it to fit how you want it to look.

Pros: Radio looks good installed

Cons: Had a hard time getting to sink with siris/xm. Not sure where that problem is.

1961 Chevrolet Corvair

Did not fit the 1961 Corvair I attempted to install in. It was millimeters too large to fit in the dash opening. Not sure if it's specific for Corvairs or early 60s chevy cars. Ended up cutting the metal faceplate on the car to get it to fit.

Faceplate

This faceplate was junk. Once installed in my 1973 mustang there was a 1/2 inch space gap up top and 1/8 inch gap on the side. Not surprising considering the spread of cars it is supposed to fit. I've installed at least 10 retro sound radios and this is the only problematic faceplate.

Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Too small. Doesn't fit.
