The panels fit ok if you drill 4-5 holes and use a nice stainless sheet metal screw to attach them to the truck. The panels are flat and where they mount isn't well at least not on my truck. The fit around the vent doors isn't the greatest. Looking back I should have cut the hole for the vent door much larger and installed it behind the vent door instead of over it. The specs on the speakers are wrong. The box says 30 watts max but the speaker will say 50 watts like in the ad. After contacting retrosound 50 watt rating is FALSE. Attaching the speakers to the panels is difficult because you have to center it in the opening before drilling the mounting holes because the grilles are a super tight fit. I used several drill bits to center the speaker. Crutchfield was/is great.....I won't buy anything retrosound again.
Pros: You don't have to cut holes in your doors for speakers.
Cons: Poor fit, wrong specs, hard to use dimmer switch.
