4 questions already asked

Q
Why does this have an additional 12v lead for power antenna? This is not a power antenna.
[ Christopher  May 31, 2019 ]

A
it needs to be powered to work. It didn't work that well for AM. I ended up not using it

Q
Are there any significant differences between the WPA1 antennae and the HPA1 antennae? Are they equals in reception or is one better than the other?
[ Tom  Nov 04, 2017 ]

Thanks for your question. For information on comparing two or more models I would recommend reaching out to an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They will be able to help determine the differences and help you make the best choice for your system and your budget.

Q
where is best place to install on car ?
[ jim  May 19, 2017 ]

A
I put mine Under the dash Reception was the greatest as I live a considerable distance from radio stations. I would run the wire to the top of the dash and mount there.

Q
Does this product contain lead? Prop 65 warning?
[ dw666  Sep 29, 2015 ]

A
That warning usually pertains to the solder. It is hard to tell if it's lead free but if any of the components are made in China, it's a safe bet that it contains lead
[ Jason  Jul 03, 2017 ]
A
Not sure. Sorry
