Clean look

Purchased these in October and recently received other things I wanted so I could install everything together. I purchased this mainly because it's the OEM look with updates. So far I love it works perfectly and haven't had any problems with the functionality. It was easy to install. Draw backs I've had is that the radio you have to put together and the face plate you have to mount to the radio. The holes that you insert screws into are not clean so be prepared to have to mod it a little. I had to ship the first radio I purchased back since I could only for 1 screw in and the others would not thread at all. The second one I got was better I got 2 in and the other two were partly installed but were secure overall. It is annoying because you pay a lot for this radio and it doesn't connect perfectly. Also the dim setting for the radio light is bright compared to the other original lighting in car. I installed the radio in my 87 El Camino. The speaker door panels from photo were purchased from OPGI.

Pros: Original look

Cons: Price Modifications needed

I have not installed it yet due to other issues behind the dash, but I have assembled it. Very good instructions and all the parts fit well. Well thought out design.

Pros: Good design

Cons: None

Awesome product and could not be happier with my purchase. This is the second I have bought for my classic cars and will be getting big another for a different vehicle soon.

Pros: Exact product but upgraded with today's features.

Cons: None.
