Three wires come from the housing of the mast. One 12v constant wire One switched wire (to come on with the radio, switch or however you want to turn it on/off) I wired mine to a hidden switch connected to another 12v constant so I can raise or lower it with the car on or off One ground wire

It's got it's own wiring harness which can be connected to the vehicle wiring or your receiver, depending on how the vehicle is currently set up. Wiring instructions are very clear.

We don't have any research information on the antenna in that car. However, I was able to check RetroSound's site and they have researched the car and show this antenna works in it! My Bio: https://www.crutchfield.com/bio/Paul

I used it on a 1994 fleet-wood Brougham so I believe so. It does a fair job but not as good as the original equipment.

The standard Motorola male connection that's accepted by the vast majority of aftermarket car stereos. I hope that helps! My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/Support/Bio.aspx?bio=5
