Doesn't fit as pictured. And I had to modify (cut) the passenger side. But still looks ok. I wouldn't use this to make a show car.

Fit Well and Looks Great!

Fit Well and Looks Great but we covered the kick panel with carpet that matched the rest of the car.
Pros: easy to install.. Looks great
Cons: A very very slight modification was required. Nothing that anyone could not do with a hammer.
