Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)
So far not able to make my Galaxy S4 work with my Pioneer NEX unit. Don't know if it is this cable, Pioneer's software or my phone; but it doe not allow the phone apps to be seen on the Pioneer screen. So far this cable is useless to me. Have not tried to just do the screen mirroring yet but it requires a USB cable that I already have. Bluetooth works just fine to play my music on the NEX but doesn't work when the NEX is set to the USB/HDMI setting. I suspect this is Pioneer's software, the old (2-3 year) NEX and my old phone. Sure wish I had waited to buy the NEX unit so I could get a Pioneer supported software.
