bluetooth connection issues

I installed this in my rv so that I can play music through my phone and through my computer via bluetooth. The bluetooth cuts in and out when connected to my computer. It works on my phone but you have to download an app on you phone inorder for it to do so. Overall not very impressed.
Pros: It works with App and on phone
Cons: You have to have an App for bluetooth and it doesn't work with my computer.
