Overview: The Cobra CM 300-004 marine antenna is a 5' VHF antenna designed for fixed mount marine radio applications. It features over 16 feet of RG58 coax cable terminated in a molded PL259 connector that's compatible with Cobra and other brands of VHF radios. Other features include a dual-swivel, corrosion-resistant nylon mounting base. Offering up to 3dB of gain, the CM 300-004 marine antenna has an extended frequency range up to 162MHz for VHF and NOAA Weather channels.

RE: Cobra VHF antenna CM 3000-004. Is the coax connector already attached? I don't want to drill a large hole in my boat to run the cable.

Yes the coax connector is attached to the cable. I didn't explore the possibility of disassembling the coax from the antenna but it may be possible for a splice to avoid drilling a large hole!
