The IC BMW 100L speaker employs a polyglass woofer cone for true-to-life sound, while the aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter ensures detailed and crisply delivered highs. Features
Mounting: The IC BMW 100L speakers are a direct replacement for the factory speakers in select BMW models. Please enter your vehicle information to confirm fit.
Wiring: These speakers have the same plugs as the factory speakers, so in many cases the factory harnesses plug directly into the new speakers. In some applications the two included 14" extension wires are needed.
Polyglass Cone: The woofer cone has a cellulose pulp base and is coated with a uniform deposit of hollow glass microballs. The addition of the Polyglass layer significantly increases the cone's rigidity without adding much weight. This combination takes advantage of the accuracy and neutrality of the hard outer surface, but maintains the superior damping characteristics of the cellulose pulp.
Surround: The woofers' butyl rubber surrounds are resistant to ultraviolet rays, temperature extremes, and humidity, adding to the system's reliability and longevity.
Inverted Dome Tweeter: The tweeters are inverted aluminum and magnesium domes, producing a broad sound stage.
Crossovers: The crossovers are integrated, with a slope of 6 dB/octave and crossover point of 4 kHz.

These speakers are high Quality sound, I'm running them with a six channel 1200 W phoenix gold amplifier through a DSP.I also have two Orion 12 inch subwoofers in a box in the trunk being pushed with Monoblock phoenix gold 1200 W amplifier also. The car sounds incredible.
