A versatile outdoor speaker
The Focal OD 5 landscape speaker offers flexible configuration options, so it can play a starring role in your outdoor sound system. It features a 5" midbass driver with Iris IP cone and 1" M-shaped aluminum inverted dome tweeter in a rugged housing.
The speaker's IP55 rating certifies it resistant to dust and damp weather. It's voice-matched to blend seamlessly with Focal's other Littora 200 Series speakers: the OD Stone 8 landscape speaker and OD Sub 12 in-ground subwoofer.
Built-in transformer for commercial audio applications
The speaker is equipped with a transformer tap, which allows you to drive multiple speakers with a single amplifier in a commercial distributed audio system. There's also an 8-ohm bypass for powering the speaker with a standard receiver or amplifier.
Flexible installation options
A threaded stake is included for in-ground placement. There's also an articulated surface mount that lets you aim the speaker toward your seating location.

OD 5 Outdoor Speaker: The Focal OD SAT 5 Outdoor Speaker lets you add rich, clear audio to your outdoor living area or entertainment space.The 2-way speaker is comprised of a 5" midrange/bass driver, with an Iris IP cone, and a 1" "M"-shaped aluminum tweeter. The OD SAT 5 speaker features a built-in 70/100V for commercial installations, and an 8-ohm bypass setting for "standard" operation. The satellite speaker carries an IP55 weather-proof rating. OD 5 Satellite speaker power handling:
- 70V: 5W, 10W, 20W, 40W
- 100V: 10W, 20W, 40W
- 8Ω: 50W RMS (100W peak)
Speaker Mounting: The OD 5 satellite speaker features an integrated mounting arm with a threaded base, designed to attach to the included mounting bracket or 12" ground stake. The adjustable mounting arm offers approximately 160° of swivel and approximately 180° of tilt. Both adjustments are made using the included 4mm and 2.5mm Allen keys. The mounting bracket allows the speaker to be mounted to a wall, deck, or patio surface. The 12" ground stake lets you mount the speaker in a yard or garden area.
