Midland's BR200 Biz Talk radio is designed to provide clear communication in big spaces. With 2 watts of transmit power, this radio works equally well in a warehouse or a high-rise.
The lightweight, compact BR200 handheld has 16 channels, 56 frequencies, and 142 privacy code possibilities. It's ready to use right out of the box, since it's pre-programmed to match the first four Motorola channels (CLS Series), or the first two Kenwood channels (PKT-23). You can do your own custom radio programming using Midland's simple step-by-step software.
This two-way radio is powered by a rechargeable mAH lithium-ion battery that'll provide up to 18 hours of talk time. The included charging base has an additional charge port for a spare battery, so you'll always have the juice you need.
Note: Configuring the BR200 software requires an optional BA1 programming cable (sold separately).

Range: The BR200 can provide the following communication ranges under ideal conditions:
- Inside steel-concrete buildings: up to 250,000 sq. ft.
- Inside multi-level buildings: up to 20 floors.
16 Business Channels/142 Privacy Codes: The Midland BizTalk BR200 offers 16 preset business channels that can easily be selected with the rotary Channel dial. The radio has 142 Privacy Codes that can be used on any channel. Each channel can have a different Privacy Code, but must be set the same on all radios you wish to communicate with. In addition to the 16 most commonly used factory-preset frequencies, an additional 99 frequencies are available that can be selected using the BR200 Business Radio Software, which is also used for selecting additional Privacy Codes. The BizTalk BR200 Business Radio Software can be found here (PC only, Mac not supported).

Channel Scan: A Scan button on the BR200 can be pressed and held for 3 seconds, allowing the radio to quickly scan through all available channels, stopping briefly on a channel in use to hear the conversation. Pressing the PTT (Push-to-Talk) button lets you join the conversation. The radio will return to scanning after 3 seconds of inactivity.
Monitor: A Monitor key on the BR200 lets you check for any "traffic" on a channel before transmitting.
Bilingual Voice Prompts: The Midland two-way radio can be programmed to output voice prompts in either English or Spanish.
Built-in Mic/Speaker + External Jacks: The Midland BR200 is equipped with a built-in microphone & speaker. The two-way radio also features a 2.5mm microphone jack and 3.5mm speaker jack to connect an optional external speaker/microphone or headset (sold separately), freeing your hands for other tasks.
Rechargeable Battery Pack: The two-way radio is powered by an included 1750mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery pack for up to 18 hours of use. A desktop charger is also included that can charge the battery while installed on the radio as well as an additional battery pack (sold separately).
Belt-Clip: The Midland BR200 includes a spring-loaded belt-clip so you can easily attach/detach the two-way radio to your hip.
