See pros and cons. One additional functionality I would have liked would have been secondary camera input and camera recording functionality to an SD card, though for $400 it gives a lot. Not having hassle of connecting phone for CarPlay feels great! Sound quality is really good! I also added new aftermarket speakers and that to music quality to very very pleasurable level! Superb product. Great price! Doesn't fall short of other costly radios.

Pros: Capacitive responsive screen. Screen illumination is very bright and can also be set to very dim level that doesn't bother at night. Superb music quality. Music is powerful and clear. 20W RMS power channel is big for a small space like a car. Fast enough connect to wireless CarPlay ~15-20 seconds. Doesn't have unnecessary features Great price.

Cons: Auto connects to worked CarPlay and starts playing last music, though doesn't open CarPlay screen on its on, requires one tap on the CarPlay icon. Programming and connecting aftermarket steering wheel mounted controls was a bit of hassle, not many manufacturers consider Boss to be big enough to include it in default programming like Pioneer, Sony, etc. Illumination dimming cannot be set by time, it dims on starting daytime running lights.
