Great speakers, crisp clear high ends and good bottom. I considered putting 2 pair in the outside of my boat but after hooking these up, I'm not sure I will add the second pair outside. I will be upgrading the speakers in my cabin with these. I highly recommend these.

Was very happy to see I did not need to enlarge the existing holes in my boat as speaker fit snuggly into the smaller hole which was only 5". Sound great tested the lights but have not finished the install yet.

Better than OEM

I purchased these for my Baja 180 Islander. The fact that I could change the color to purple made it an easy sell to my wife. They greatly improved the sound of my OEM radio. They are easy to connect and mount although they have 5 holes and my stock speakers had 4. They came with some insulating tape to put between the speakers and the mounting surface. That was useless. I didn't use the supplied speed nuts either. I just screwed the supplied screws directly into the mounting surface. They found purchase quickly and are firmly mounted. I connected the LED power to an accessory switch on the dash and the ground directly to the battery ground. Do solder and heat-shrink your connections. It will save you heartache and sorrow.
Pros: Sound, LED, simplicity in connection and mounting.
Cons: Useless insulating tape, bass response is ok.

Good quality speakers with very good, they just don't get super loud and when they kinda start to distort a little. Overall I'm pretty happy with them.
Pros: Very Solid, well built, nice looking, great pricing plus we're on sale.
Cons: Just doesn't have great top end sound when windy or at loud volumes.

Major improvement over even the 'better-than-average' speakers I had in my boat. Clear, crisp sound. If you're looking for speakers in this price range, can't go wrong with these. The lighting is an added bonus!

They sound and look great. They have a very full sound and are able to dig a little lower than most 6.5's. I'll probably order another set soon and make some room for them in the front of the boat.

Nitro Upgrade

I'm in the process of refurbishing my 2001 Nitro 185 Fish &Ski including the sound system. Theses speakers added the perfect look and sound I was looking for. I didn't install an RGB controller to control the color but went with a solid color. Easy to upgrade down the road. The directions were very easy to follow. I decided to run new wire that I also bought with the speaker wires and RGB wires in one. That's the way to go.

Questionably constructed

Speakers sound fine, however they are very light and the construction appears to be completely plastic. Not sure how they will hold up. The Subwoofer arrived broken and had to be returned.

Great speakers. Have 2 pairs in my boat. Very loud with 50watt RMS amp. Easy to install.
Pros: Easy to hook up Look very cool Loud at only 50w RMS
Cons: Running extra wires for LEDs is annoying and not worth the effort. The metal mounting clips that came with it didn't fit the width of my fiberglass boat panels.
