Good pair but mine had a quality issue

Mixed thoughts on these. They arrived with the stitching torn on one of the ear pads. Most likely a one-off quality issue but not what I expected from JBL. All of their other stuff I own is top notch. Outside of that they are very well made and I liked the metal construction better than the cheap plastic we are used to. They do squeeze your head a bit hard so might be uncomfortable for long usage although they will probably stay on your head in active situations. The hear through is great and you can have normal conversations with your headphones on. The app is awesome! Nice EQ. Sound is great and they are loud but clean. Unfortunately I had to send these back and they were out of stock so I couldn't get a replacement. BUT CRUTCHFIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! They took time to go over other similar price point models with me and finally settled on Audio-Technica ATH-SR50BT which I absolutely love (comfort, sound).
