No mute key combination

I don't have any experience with noise canceling headphones so I can't really comment on that capability. I liked the fact that I could let in some external /ambient sounds. However, I had to return the headset as I was hoping to use it for music and calls at work but it doesn't have any option to mute the calls via a button press. I know I can mute calls via the phone but it takes too much effort/time when one has to suddenly un-mute oneself during a call. The 3 starts is not a reflection on the sound or build quality. I just don't have enough information to give it a 5 or 1. Hope that helps. For anyone who does need mute in a neckband style - I found the Bose QC30 as the only one that had it.
Pros: Ambient sound option Fit was quite good
Cons: No mute option via the buttons
