About the JBL Link SW10
Add some real oomph
JBL's Link Bar has side-firing ports designed to enhance its bass extension. But sometimes, you just want a bit more. If that sounds like you, we recommend picking up this matching Link SW10 sub. Its 10” woofer will add that extra bit of rumble to your movies, shows, and music. It's wireless, too — so you can park it in almost any convenient spot. Just remember that it needs AC power.

Features
Compatibility: The JBL Link SW10 wireless powered subwoofer is specifically designed to wirelessly connect with JBL's LinkBar active soundbar speaker system (sold separately).
Wireless Connectivity: The JBL Link SW10 wirelessly connects with JBL's LinkBar active soundbar speaker system via 5.8GHz. It has a wireless range of approximately 30'. The SW10 wireless powered subwoofer and the LinkBar will need to be initially paired together by pressing the "Subwoofer Pairing" button on back of each of them.
10" Woofer/300W Amplifier: The JBL SW10 powered wireless subwoofer adds impactful, deep bass to the JBL LINK BAR to create the ultimate immersive audio experience. Featuring a down-firing 10" woofer, tuned bass reflex enclosure (rear-firing port), and an onboard 300-watt (Max) amplifier, the JBL SW10 delivers rich and thrilling bass without the hassle of wires. In order to provide flexible placement options, JBL has incorporated a downward woofer firing design architecture making room location far less critical.
Placement Options: The Link SW10 wireless powered subwoofer offers flexible placement, since you don't have to worry about running a subwoofer cable to the soundbar speaker. It can be positioned up to 30' away from the JBL LinkBar active soundbar speaker system. The SW10 wireless powered subwoofer does need to be positioned close to an AC power wall outlet. It is recommended that the wireless powered subwoofer be positioned on the same wall as the active soundbar speaker for best audio performance. Corner loading the powered subwoofer will increase bass response.
Power Requirements: Even though the JBL Link SW10 offers wireless connectivity to the JBL LinkBar, the wireless powered subwoofer will still require an AC power outlet connection. The included 59" detachable AC power cord plugs into the back of the wireless powered subwoofer and into and AC power outlet or surge protector (sold separately - see Accessories Tab).
