Wanted a pair of wired headphones to avoid any bluetooth issues across multiple computers. These have been the perfect solution for the price. They really help you hear your colleagues on video calls and they say I come through nice and clear. I esp like that the mic mutes when you flip it up and the easy volume adj wheel.

Great Sound but Design Flaw in Plug

Would be an amazing product because the sound and audio quality is fantastic. Unfortunately the 3.5mm jack that plugs has a 30 degree angle on the plug (think elbow) that bends. The first time I had this product that bend cracked and the product stopped working completely. After about two weeks with my replacement pair the left ear stopped producing any sound, in my opinion directly related to the plug again. Luckily Crutchfield is understanding and stands behind their products or I'd be out this much. Go with a different pair.
